Meet Lyle: Poor Lyle's leg got crushed in a train accident. 💔😪😪

Lyle is a well loved and well fed street dog but one unfortunate day, he met with an accident with a moving train, before anyone could do anything, his leg was crushed into pieces and hanging by a thread. His caretakers took him immediately to a government hospital in Verka.

Sorry to say, but they didn’t do anything other than recommending those people to us. We feel bad for Lyle that he had to suffer so much pain in the whole process. Government vets do get paid by the government. The least they should do, give proper treatment to the injured stray animals.

We took Lyle under our care with open arms. Our vets gave him painkillers, and our surgeon did an urgent surgery on him before the infection spread.

Sometimes, we don’t have time to raise any funds for our urgent cases. So please come forward to support Lyle as he will be with us for a couple of months until he heals fully.

We need to raise $150 urgently for Lyle for his surgery and meds 🙏

🫶🌸🐾 Our furry babies bring so much joy and love into our lives. They make us realize the deep love we never knew we could have for them. When they leave us, there's an unbearable void and pain that is just indescribable. But imagine the beauty in brightening other furry babies' lives by giving them a home to honor the memory of your furry baby who is no longer by your side.🫶🌸🐾

Meet Muffin, a gentle soul facing a tough battle with multiple tumors on his genitals.😢

spotted this precious boy in pain in Nawanshahr, and she decided to help him. She brought Muffin to safety in Kartarpur, and then our team went the extra mile, traveling for more than 2 hours to bring Muffin to our shelter.

It's heart-wrenching that no one noticed Muffin's suffering earlier. Day by day, this disease was silently killing him, with tumors causing him immense pain and discomfort. Sadly, his tumors have already burst, making it impossible to operate. So, we've started Muffin on chemotherapy to help him fight.

In a world where some turn a blind eye to animal suffering, there are some earthbound angels like Mandeep who understand and feel for these furry friends. We applaud Mandeep's dedication to helping Muffin. 👏 🙏

Muffin has endured so much. If you feel moved just like Mandeep and wish to support Muffin's chemotherapy treatment, your donations would mean the world to him.

Meet Rozer:

Rozer was brought to us by his feeders from Nizampura. How we wish they would have paid attention a little earlier. Rozer’s skin infection would not be this bad. He had been bleeding all over his body from the wounds from skin issues.

We made him comfortable as he was very scared and resisted a bit coming inside the shelter. We started his treatment as per our vet’s prescription.

Please look after and feed the strays around you. They have no one but us. Please send some love for Rozer and come forward to support as they have no one but us 🙏❤️

Meet Fifi:

Imagine being pregnant on the streets and some rash driver hits you at a great speed, dislocating your shoulder on a cold winter night.

Fifi experienced this unimaginable suffering, and we had no choice but to help. One family on Fifi’s street pitied at her and gave her some room in their house porch for the night. The next morning, we rescued Fifi and sent her for an emergency X-ray and surgery. As suspected, her pups were dead inside, but our surgeon could save not only Fifi’s life but spayed her at the same time, too, which should have been done in the first place.

Please send some support and love for Fifi as she would greatly appreciate it. Please drive slow 🙏🙏🙏
We will keep you posted on Fifi’s progress ❤️

Let’s celebrate an amazing journey of Frosty from Amritsar, India to Toronto, Canada 🇨🇦 and Frosty marks our 50th adoption to Canada 🇨🇦 from the streets of Amritsar.

Frosty’s story began when I started to feed a bunch of dogs on the streets outside the apartment I was staying at. I got all the dogs vaccinated and sterilized during my stay there, and the life went on with the feeding on the streets. Every time I fed Frosty, she would cry to come inside the apartment since it was a rental place. With a heavy heart, I had to shut the doors on her.

During my stay, I got into touch with
who encouraged me to bring a dog with me from India. The first name that popped into my head was Frosty. And that’s when I moved Frosty to our shelter for 2 weeks to train her in every way.

Frosty is an angel, and she deserves nothing but the best. Her mom Rosy and dog sibling Stella love her and nothing more I would want to see for our desi dogs.

Love, care, and kindness can change the world, but most of us choose hatred, cruelty, and selfishness.

One more life is changed with the power of your love and support. A big thanks to you all. A big thank you to my team in India, who works hard day n night, and how can I forget Pet Fly, our Dr. Chaudhary for always being there.

Keep supporting, and we will be doing our best in changing the lives of strays.

Meet Munch:

Munch was found abandoned on a lonely street without any dog or human family.
Some kind-hearted people saw this malnourished, dehydrated guy wandering alone, trying to find some food.

His skin was badly infected, and there was no way he could have survived on those cruel streets alone.

Upon check-up, our vets found out that Munch had a fever, and his tummy was totally upset. May be he was living off of garbage on the streets, that could be one of reasons.

Our vets are trying to bring his temperature to normal so he can be dewormed. Once we have that under control, we will start his skin treatment, too.

We need to raise $100 for Munch’s treatment asap as we are overwhelmed with new dogs coming in. In the past 2 days, we received 7 paralyzed dogs. We are drowning, and your help will keep Pawsitive float 🙏❤️

Meet Ronaldo:

Ronaldo met with an accident close to the highway around Batala. One of our team members received a call to help after someone saw him laying in the fields close to the road. We are not sure how Ronaldo made it to the field from the road where he had an accident but we are relieved that he found his way to a safe spot.

Our rescue team spent more than an hour to find Ronaldo as he was covered in dry grass. We brought Ronaldo to our shelter and started his treatment. His one leg was barely hanging on a thread with exposed bones. Can you imagine his pain? It is just beyond sad to be in so much pain and not being able to say anything or ask for help.

We gave Pain management to Ronaldo and did his dressing. Once he stabilizes a little, our surgeon will decide further steps for his surgery.

Until then, please send some love and prayers for Ronaldo 🙏💔

Meet Snapy:

We received a call on our helpline asking for helping a dog who had met with an accident and laying in the middle of the road. We rescued Snapy right away without any delay as we knew that she must be in so much pain after the accident.

We gave her painkillers and made her comfortable. She has started to eat normal and now is the time for her X-rays and vet visit.

She is paralyzed for now and once we see the X-rays, we will know if she will be able to walk or not.

Please drive slow 🙏🙏 we get countless cases of hit n run. Sometimes we are so depressed and can’t figure out who to pick and who to leave. Many lives depend on your driving 🙏

My name is Chloe, I was surviving on the streets but trust me it’s not easy.

I was r***d by some male dogs and that left me pregnant. It was hard enough to find food for myself let alone pups inside me.

It didn’t end here, my liver and stomach was filled with water and that made my tummy so big that it was hard for me to walk even.

Had my area people made an effort to get me spayed, I wouldn’t be suffering today.
I am grateful that I was brought to Pawsitive who extracted my water right away and gave me proper treatment.

I have to go for my ultrasound tomorrow and then my vet would know more about my internal condition.

Would you help me with my treatment and tests? Also my humble request is to get your area dogs sterilized so my friends don’t go through the suffering the way I did.

Choco is a true fighter! After undergoing amputation surgery, he has been thriving on three legs. His resilience and determination have been truly inspiring. Despite the hardship he’s faced, Choco is now running and playing, showing everyone just how strong he really is. His spirit is unstoppable, and he’s adapting wonderfully to his new life.

Thank you to everyone who has supported him – he’s proving that love and care can truly help heal even the toughest of wounds. Keep rooting for Choco as he continues to grow stronger every day🙏

Meet Tabby:

Tabby is brought to us by his caretakers from KathuNangal in a bad condition. He has a huge wound on his ear which his caretaker tried to treat on the streets but he needed more than that. He needed constant care and treatment so he can get his health back.

Tabby is with us now and is getting the best treatment and care. Since he seems really malnourished, we got his blood work done too, to make sure he is doing well internally. He is diagnosed with some infections in liver and kidney which our vet started the treatment for.

Everyday, with so many new intakes we are suffering. Our expenses are not just medicines and food but to maintain this big place, it takes a lot for utilities, salaries etc.

Please come forward to support an organization who is working towards the welfare of these dogs, day n night 🙏
