I’ve been blessed with so many beautiful animal teachers in my life! Today I finished re-working a chapter about Ollie the horse in my upcoming book, “I’m Fine Just the Way I Am." Working one-on-one with him in the round pen, learning to connect with his energy, left me starring at his butt and feeling frustrated….until I just let go…and before I knew it, Ollie and I were moving as one!

It was such a powerful and profound moment that stays with me to this day, even though this was three years ago during an intensive I did with equine assisted coach, Pam Kachelmeier BA, MA, MEAC of Equineaca.com. At the end of the session, Ollie had one more lesson for me…after you work hard, you must laugh too!
