Our very own Dr Lee Davis bringing awareness to World Rabies Day and explaining why its so important to keep your pets up to date in vaccines.

In Bell County, veterinarian Dr. Lee Davis says that the first rabies shot should be given at 12 to 16 weeks, a booster at one year, followed by a shot every three years after that.

Kidney (or renal) disease is very common in dogs and cats, and it may be reversible or permanent based on underlying causes. The disease could be a result of age-related changes to the kidneys, acute injury or toxin ingestion, congenital defects present from birth, or in rare cases, a side effect of some medications.
