Everyone say Hello to Billy Nelson! We rescued him from the animal shelter today! He already loves his female friends!! We also picked up 1 black australorp rooster and 5 easter egger hens.

Going into our 4th year of full grown laying hens so they won't lay much longer after summer. Had to restock today. 3 Lavenders, 3 Rhode Island Reds, 3 Austrolorp, and 3 Easter Eggers later. Should be ready to start laying in October, then full blast next spring! We still have fresh eggs daily. $3/dz.

June/July 2021 on the farm…. Lost our Dolly this month and donkey went to a new home. On a happy note the Maine C***s had a good vet checkup and the garden is producing well as always! Happy Hump Day!!
