Finally got Lewie out in the big bad scary world the other day. Things were a little touch and go for the first few minutes, but he calmed down and even let a few people love on him and give him treats. He’s definitely a weird little dude, but weird dogs are my specialty, so it works out.

Introducing my two new B&T dogs during our pack walk this morning. Got two insecure dogs at the same time. One likes to bite and run away when she doesn’t get her way and also has some resource guarding issues and the other was bad about running away and growling in the crate, but she’s over that now at least with me and now only needs some obedience training and socialization.

Only a couple more days left with this little dude. He’s been a breeze to work with and I think his owner will be thrilled with everything we’ve been able to accomplish with him this last month. Now all that’s left is the touch up work and he’ll be set.

Working on the Stay Command with Mr. Tucker. Sitting still is definitely not his strongest skill, but we’ve come a long way from the bouncy little ball of crazy that he was when he got here.

Finally, starting to work on getting this van set up for the Training season. Got another little monster to train. This is Tucker and he’s here for a 30 day B&T. We’ll be going all the way with this lil guy. Obedience, recall, basic manners, leash control, socialization, impulse control, more manners, more impulse control, more everything!! This crazy boy is getting it all.

We did a little training with Millie this afternoon at the King City Reservoir. Mainly just an exercise and relaxation session, but we managed to work in some light confidence training using our surroundings as an obstacle course.

Got a nice little Beagle pup in for training the other day. I’ll be doing a 30 day board and train on her, working on getting a good re-call on her as well as some general obedience, confidence training, and E-Collar conditioning. She’s coming along very nicely and I’m very pleased with her so far.

For anyone that’s currently waiting on getting in the schedule. I’m not ignoring you, just waiting to see weather or not this heat wave is going to be over when they say it will be. We all know how Missouri can be when it comes to our weather. The weather reports are not always reliable. I’ll start making phone calls and sending out messages once we’re in the clear. Afternoon play time with Rocco. This is a dog I got a little while ago for some touch up training. Obedience and impulse control mostly, but I’ve been doing some confidence training with him as well since he’s pretty anxious. I even got a nice little love bite right in the beginning of this video.

Has anyone seen this dog running around anywhere. He ripped off the door to his kennel early this morning or some time last night and jumped through the barn window and ran off. His name is Rocko he’s shy so he may not come to a stranger, but if he’s seen give me a call and I’ll come get him. His owners name and number is also on his collar, so you can also call them.
