February is SVC's annual spay and neuter month, where we are offering discounts on all spays and neuters.

Everyone loves kittens, but they're a huge responsibility. Many end up unwanted or unable to be cared for. They often end up out on the streets, where their lives are cut short by predators and sickness. Spaying/neutering helps to prevent this needless suffering.

FYI: If your animal gets picked up by the police and brought to the pound at Swaney veterinary clinic then you have a fine to pay at City of Kingman building! We also have to make sure that your animal is current on rabies vaccination! It is the law! We are not making it up for the fun of it! If you don’t have current rabies vaccination then we will provide that at your expense! It is also 15$ a day for your animal to be in the pound! We provide food and care for the animal and deserve to be compensated for that! So when you come to get your animal you first have to take your proof of rabies vaccination to the city office, pay their fine, then come back and pay for their care here at the clinic and then you can take your animal home! It is not our responsibility for your animal getting out so it does no good to get upset with us! We are just here to take care of your animal and make sure it is safe! The rest is up to you!
