🚨URGENT NEED🚨
Does anyone have a large or extra large dog crate they would be willing to donate or loan? We have a wounded, young, stray cat that will need to be confined for a healing period. His caretaker is a community member trying to get him much needed medical care but was not prepared for this. Please contact us if you can help!

Attention Pet Parents: Don’t skip this post!

If your pet was microchipped at our clinic between 2016-2021, their chip may be registered with Save this Life, a company that has unexpectedly shut down all operations. Although your pet's microchip can still be scanned and the number will display, any contact information associated with that chip will no longer be accessible.

If your pet’s microchip was initially registered with Save this Life, it will now need to be re-registered to ensure they make it home safely if ever lost! These microchip numbers will begin with 991 or 900164.

If your pet was registered with Save this Life, we recommend the following options:

1) Free Registry Service at www.freepetchipregistry.com. This is a FREE database that is connected to the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool.

2) Registry with Datamars / PetLink at 1-877-PETLINK (738-5465) or petlink.net. With this option, you will have access to a pet portal. We currently use PetLink microchips in our clinic.
Customers can register Save this Life microchipped pets with petlink.net for only $1 using the discount code: STLDOLLAR
