SD Foundations enhances basic training to cover skills that are helpful for Service Dogs including tuck under a chair, settle on a mat & targeting skills.

These are 4 different resources that all work together to help your dog learn to process the world around them while building resilience and problem solving skills.

To help you work through these resources we will be holding a weekly zoom meeting on Mondays at 5pm Pacific/7pm Central. Canine Coaches will help you adjust training to make it work for you and your puppy & create a personal training plan that helps you achieve your goals.

Zoom meetings start on February 17th and registration closing on March 10th.

We started some training tonight. I am trying to do more shaping in my training so here I wait for him to step in the blanket then reward. After several repetitions I started to wait for him to sit which is what is on video here. I’m also introducing the release word “break”.
Madoogan is only 9 1/2 weeks old and doing great already!

This is Madoogan. A 9 1/2 week old Australian Shepherd Great Pyrenees puppy. In this video he is problem solving for the first time by figuring out that if he rolls the ball he will get food out of it.
