🚨 Weather Update 🚨

I’m keeping a close eye on the weather and road conditions (I’m in Greene County, so things may look different here than where you are). There’s a chance I may need to reschedule some or all appointments for Thursday/Friday.

Your safety and mine are my top priorities, and I appreciate your understanding! I’ll do my absolute best to stick to the schedule, but if changes are necessary, I promise to get your furry friends rescheduled as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and support! 🐾 Stay safe!

I wanted to share an update about my knee injury. Thankfully, I won’t need surgery! Like we were anticipating. However, I did re-injure two tendons, my kneecap, and my quad muscle, so I’ll need to be extra careful over the next few weeks.

I’m still here to take care of your pups, but I’ll be pacing myself to allow my knee to heal properly. I appreciate your patience and understanding during this time—it means so much to me!

Happy New Year, Sudsy Hounds Family!

As we step into 2025, I wanted to share a few updates with you all:

1️⃣ Updated Policies:
I’ll be sending out an updated policy for everyone to review and sign. This is mostly to refresh everyone on the current guidelines and ensure we’re all on the same page moving forward.

2️⃣ Health Update:
Unfortunately, I reinjured my knee on Christmas Eve. A few years ago, I suffered a severe injury that involved dislocating my lower leg, which ruptured and tore everything in my knee. Right now, I’m still going to be working but moving a little slower as we figure out the next steps for surgery and recovery. I fully intend to get everyone taken care of before or after surgery so no one is left behind. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

3️⃣ Holiday Wishes:
I hope everyone had a wonderful and safe holiday season filled with love, joy, and time with your families. I can’t wait to see all the pups again soon and kick off this new year with you all!

I was blessed to meet miss Pippi today. What a fabulous little lady she is. Pippi has alopecia, it is genetic. Many people believe Pomeranians have alopecia caused by grooming but it isn’t actually caused by grooming. It is mainly a genetic condition which has a number of triggers.

First Week of December!

What a week! Look at all these wonderful faces who greeted me back after Thanksgiving. I’m so forever thankful to have the chance to love on all these sweet pups. 💕

I wanted to let everyone know that I will not be offering OIF (“Oops, I Forgot”) appointments for this year. My schedule is fully booked, and the only availability I have left is on my Kingsport route on December 11th.

Happy Thanksgiving from my pack to yours! 🦃🐾

I’m taking this week off, and Sudsy Hounds won’t be back on the road until December 4th. I’m looking forward to spending this time with my family, relaxing, and recharging.

As some of you know, I live with Multiple Sclerosis and receive a biannual infusion to keep it in remission. As I get closer to infusion time, my “tank” starts to run a little low. My next treatment is on December 3rd, so this little break is just what I need to ensure I’m feeling my best and ready to give your pups the top-notch care they deserve!

Thank you all for understanding and for being such an amazing part of my journey. I can’t wait to see all those wagging tails again soon!
