We’ve been getting your furry friends holiday-ready, and it’s been such a joy seeing all their wagging tails and fresh cuts. Thank you to all our amazing clients for trusting us with your beloved pets!

I was blessed to meet miss Pippi today. What a fabulous little lady she is. Pippi has alopecia, it is genetic. Many people believe Pomeranians have alopecia caused by grooming but it isn’t actually caused by grooming. It is mainly a genetic condition which has a number of triggers.

First Week of December!

What a week! Look at all these wonderful faces who greeted me back after Thanksgiving. I’m so forever thankful to have the chance to love on all these sweet pups. 💕

🚨 Important Announcement 🚨

I wanted to let everyone know that I will not be offering OIF (“Oops, I Forgot”) appointments for this year. My schedule is fully booked, and the only availability I have left is on my Kingsport route on December 11th.

Happy Thanksgiving from my pack to yours! 🦃🐾

I’m taking this week off, and Sudsy Hounds won’t be back on the road until December 4th. I’m looking forward to spending this time with my family, relaxing, and recharging.

As some of you know, I live with Multiple Sclerosis and receive a biannual infusion to keep it in remission. As I get closer to infusion time, my “tank” starts to run a little low. My next treatment is on December 3rd, so this little break is just what I need to ensure I’m feeling my best and ready to give your pups the top-notch care they deserve!

Thank you all for understanding and for being such an amazing part of my journey. I can’t wait to see all those wagging tails again soon!

Stevie has been with me since she was a pup. She was very nervous in the beginning. But with her mom’s help, time and patience; Stevie has found a way to trust me for the process. There is no better feeling than having that trust. We have days still where something’s are scary again. But each session is a step forward. I love her so very much 💜

When your pups come into my rig, they become “my pup” too. I don’t just groom them. They become a part of my heart. When they’re not well, they’re on my mind. When I set out to learn new things about grooming, I think about how it applies to individual dogs. When your pup is scared, regardless of how dirty or wet they are, I will do everything I can to comfort. That includes sitting with them and letting them find comfort in my lap.

I love your pups as if they’re my own. Truly, deeply and unconditionally.
