Linus has taken some time to come around to grooming. It hasn’t always been this peaceful for him. But thankfully, after lots of patience and time, he has found comfort. I just love this little guy!

I was blessed to meet miss Pippi today. What a fabulous little lady she is. Pippi has alopecia, it is genetic. Many people believe Pomeranians have alopecia caused by grooming but it isn’t actually caused by grooming. It is mainly a genetic condition which has a number of triggers.
Stevie!
Stevie has been with me since she was a pup. She was very nervous in the beginning. But with her mom’s help, time and patience; Stevie has found a way to trust me for the process. There is no better feeling than having that trust. We have days still where something’s are scary again. But each session is a step forward. I love her so very much 💜
The excitement is real! We are trying to figure out a different shoreline for the generator. But the new rig should be ready for this week!

In absolutely no way is this a way of singling anyone out or to make anyone feel bad. Life has a way of getting the better of us at times and things happen. I understand! And that’s why I’m always here to help ☺️ I do not tolerate negative comments about particular breeds or owners. If you have a negative remark, please keep it under your hat.
Education and preparation are key to success with all dogs. I will gladly teach anyone how to properly care for their pups coats between grooms. I also have combs on hand if you ever need one!
Did you know matting isn’t just a problem for one breed or type of coat? It can happen to any long-coated dog. No matter the breed or coat type, all dogs require regular grooming to stay happy and healthy. At the very most, your pup should be groomed every 3 months to avoid painful tangles and skin issues. But also to allow me to catch any possible concerns while they’re still early on.
