When it is baking day and you have a ton of discard to use up, it is time for all the things! 1 regular, 1 chocolate sourdough, discard cheddar crackers, discard pretzels, and discard sandwich loaf in the bread machine! At least we will be stocked for a while and no discard went to waste 😂

Since we have been in such a cold snap here lately, I have spent a lot of time in the kitchen using up some items we had put back this summer, and well as learning ALL the sourdough recipes. I love being able to cook things from ingredients that we have grown/preserved ourselves.
