Update: she is in foster now with her 3 babies!!
Thank you all for sharing to help find a foster. Any Foster Help PLEASE??? The shelter is packed full. This mama is having her babies in the shelter. She is good with other dogs and tested good with cats. She will need a quiet place to care for her babies (closet, bathroom, warm garage). Please help us so we can pull her so she is not having and caring for her babies in the shelter!!! We will provide food, crate, bedding. PM us if you are able to help!!!

Hey. It’s me, your back yard dog.

I know it’s cold but I was hoping you would come check on me when you got home. I waited for you, you didn’t come. I barked because you forgot to feed me and give me fresh water, again. You yelled at me to be quiet. 😥

It’s late, The lights in the house went dark, you are probably in bed now and won’t come bring me in from the bitter cold. What did i do wrong? Why don’t you love me? I still love you....

Please if you won’t bring me inside and love me like family, will you find someone that will? Someone that would feed me every day and keep me warm and safe like i wish you would do. Because I still love you.

Please don’t forget about me again. I’m waiting for you....but it’s so cold and I’m lonely. 💔

Please help!

‼️URGENT PLEA FOR EGOR‼️

Update 12/30/24: we are beyond broken hearted, 💔 😭 Sweet Egor passed this morning. The vet explained that he had so many things going on his little body couldn’t continue to fight. They confirmed cancer, HW complications and chronic anemia all contributed to his passing. We are so thankful for everyone praying for him and for donating funds to help with his stay and care at Butler’s Animal Clinic in Karns. We are so grateful for the Vet and staff there who cared for Egor around the clock and keeping his spirits up.

Update: 12/28/24: Sweet Egor made it through the night, however his condition remains the same. The wonderful Vet and staff at Butlers are staying diligent, giving him the best care possible and working to find out what is causing him to be so sick. Thank you for continued prayers and for donating funds to his care! We are all truly blessed to be a part of such an amazingly strong and caring community! Much love to all! We will continue to update on his status as we receive news. 🙏❤️🐾

Egor needs your help! Prayers for healing and funds to help with his care. He is currently in Vet care at Butler’s Animal Clinic in Karns and struggling for his life. When the Humane Society of Roane County pulled him from our shelter, they found out he is HW positive. He started treatment and his health has been declining to the point that he can barely hold his head up. He is such a sweet boy and deserves to have a wonderful life! At this time, the vet can’t tell for sure if he will even make it through. It is very expensive for treatment and the stay at the Veterinary office.

It happens every year. Well meaning people get a puppy for Christmas and become overwhelmed by the responsibility.
🎁First, a dog isn’t a gift, it’s an addition to your family and should be taken seriously.
🎁Secondly, if you plan on getting a puppy, you need to be prepared for a 15 year commitment! If you’re getting a pup for your kids, they might not even be living with you then!
🎁Thirdly, you need to be prepared to spend several thousand dollars a year for routine vet care and other needs.

If you don’t have the time or resources to properly care for a puppy, please don’t get one.
