Hi everyone..this is a little long, but I appreciate all who takes a moment to read…I would first like to apologize for not putting up Facebook pics daily like I was..the truth is, is that we are working continuous overtime to get everyone taken care of..but we are pushing ourselves to the max & have been doing so for the last year & 1/2 or so..ever since the shutdown, we just cannot catch up, hard as we try...and doing the pics requires an extra up to 35, 40 mins sometimes to our day..& after working nonstop, fast paced, sometimes 9&1/2 hr shifts with no breaks, we just need to lighten our load somehow…also, I understand that many of you have been leaving messages that haven’t gotten a call back..please understand that also, at the end of our hectic days, we sometimes have up to 40 messages to return..i simply don’t have the time to call each person back if we cannot accommodate you..right now I currently have covid..so I am out of work at the moment..& also, I am having some health issues and will need to have a surgery…so that will mean more time off for me unfortunately..I am asking everyone to please..please understand that when I have to take a week or so off of work, this puts me behind in such a way, that it is impossible for me to move each person to the exact following week..I simply cannot groom 100 dogs a day..that is humanly impossible and trying to push ourselves past our already extended limit is not even safe for us or the dogs..(trust me, if I could groom that many in a day I would! Lol)..I do my very best to accommodate everyone,,I understand the urgency to get your dog in if they had to miss an appt, but i also need to exercise my judgment when rescheduling, just as I did when we returned from our shutdown..& I believe we did a pretty darn good job at that..I am proud of how we all handled that..I have an obligation to take care of the dogs that need taken care of first..i am doing my best to try to respond to everyone through my cellphone while I’m home, sick in quarantine, but it’s difficult without my schedule infront of me & me being exhausted and sick..i love all of you and your dogs dearly..and I am doing the very best that I can..I’m just asking everyone to please keep the patience that you had during our shutdown.,please remember how strong we all stayed..& supportive…& that we went months without being able to groom dogs..but we all made it through…with kindness and compassion…I truly appreciate each and every one of you..& I hope you trust that we are doing the very best we can..but sometimes our health needs to come first so that we can continue to give the best possible care to your fur babies that we love like our own..thank you again everyone…I will be in touch as soon as I possibly can..& thank you again for your patience ❤️we love you all! 🐾…(anyones appt that needed to be rescheduled has been contacted, so if you were not contacted, you are still good to go..it was only for this week so far, & for the dogs that I personally groom.. I’m hoping to be back in full swing next Wednesday 💪🙏)
