Kay Door Company did a great job tuning up the 2 big overhead doors for the riding arena.
Also, installed an opener on the big east heavy door.

Call Kay Door for all your overhead door repairs and tune ups.

New lighting in the indoor has been finally accomplished and I could not be more proud! This already huge arena somehow looks even BIGGER!!
Huge thank you to Tim Moisio for making this happen. I cannot believe how much this barn has changed over the past few years, it’s potential is starting to shine!

Although it’s still not perfect, I’m beyond proud of the difference we’ve made in this barn in just over a year. I wish we had more before pictures of the outside, but I found a few from Jan-Apr 2021 and just had to share. Even the lighting alone has made such a change! Thank you so much to every single person who has helped this barn become what it is. Thank you even more to Tim Moisio and Karen for seeing the potential this place had and for trusting me with it. I’m excited to see what it looks like next year!!

What's going on at the barn?

In the process of digging a pond to water riding arena is what is going on. Other excavating and land leveling too.

Had a little equipment malfunction but was corrected by Dave and his mechanic John.

Message Barn Manager Trace Randolph for stall availability and levels of care....but looking like we will be full up come Oct. If interested in boarding best check ASAP.

What's going on at the barn at DHS? Working the soil after years of overgrown brush and trees. The old Oliver 1550 with 4 bottom plow working hard but getting the job done. Carpenter bee barrier install

Carpenter bee barrier installation by Patrick Heidelberg on arena door header. He fabricated a trim piece out of metal flashing. They can do some damage if left alone. Great work done by Patrick everytime. I enjoyed the show of him battling the bees whose homes he was covering up. In the end, Patrick won. Thanks again my friend. Stalls are filling up, one by one. If your looking to board, do not wait too long. Improvements are made weekly. Great bunch of boarders already. The barn manager, Trace, is great and enthusiastic. Lake Erie Seamless Gutter installed 6" seamless gutters and downspouts on Northeast side of barn. Lower roof and upper roof. Great company to work with

Morton Buildings replacing much need West side facia wood and metal facia flashing. Continuing with long overdue repairs.

Old arena footing be removed to make way for new.
