Horses have had a profound influence on my life. In fact, they have saved my life, becoming my best friends as a child, and continuing to teach me so much... I feel compelled to teach others some of the life lessons the horses have taught me!🐎♥️

Being outside in nature and experiencing creation alongside these majestic animals, has been a blessing. God has provided an amazing source of balance in my life as I’ve worked with horses for more than 55 years and I’d love to share this with you!♥️🐎

There are innumerable documented benefits of working with horses including a restoration of happiness and empowerment through the development of trust cultivated by compassion, encouragement of camaraderie and empathy, instilled responsibility, improved social skills, form positive daily habits, support physical, emotional and mental wellbeing, and more.

Why do we see these results when working with and around horses? Because, the focus is on THE HORSE!!! Horses, like all animals, are non-judgmental. They don't care if you have a pretty dress or if you are wearing the latest fashion trend.

Sessions at Stony Point Horse Farm will include a combination of academic and hands-on experiences with the horses.

In a session at Stony Point Horse Farm each horse encounter will be tailored both to the horse and human partnering with the horse. In group sessions, the same care will be given to provide an experience unique to each one’s circumstance.

Groups and individuals that we serve are:

🐎Boys groups
🐎Girls groups
🐎Family groups
🐎Adult groups
🐎Military groups
🐎Retired Adult groups
🐎Children of almost all ages (we like to consider as many ages as we can and will determine safety with each family personally before designing an appropriate session for your child.)

Other Details:

🐎Sessions range in length from 2-3 hours.
🐎Times are flexible upon request
🐎Cost, realistic and reasonable!
