Puppy Power Dog Resort Puppy Power takes pride in the fun and relaxed atmosphere and is operated by professional pet care p

Puppy Power is operated by professional pet care providers who have extensive knowledge in pet behavior, pet safety, pet products, dog grooming and dog boarding. Caring for dogs 365 days a year (only closed to the public 3 days a year: Easter Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day… but staff is on-site caring for your pets everyday .. just no drop off or picks ups on those 3 days)

The Dog Resor

t consists of a beautiful facility with an 8 foot tall wooden privacy fenced grass covered play yard and a climate controlled indoor play yard. We have plenty of parking, 2 parking lot entrance/exit options, a relaxing Lobby and a very clean facility with friendly associates. We take pride in the fun and relaxed atmosphere we provide by caring for only a limited number of dogs at a given time. All overnight boarding sleeping accommodations are indoors and climate controlled. Rooms include TVs and individual extra large kennels with blankets and filtered water for comfort. Everyday we include at least 4 fun filled, supervised play visits for each guest in our beautiful outdoor and indoor play yards.

Did you know that our 3 groomers always offer stand alone “walk-in nail trims”
Tuesday -Saturdays at Puppy Power Dog Resort from 9am to 2pm for only 10.00 plus tax per pet!! (See details below)
We do require that your fur babies are up to date on rabies vaccine and are people friendly but for just a nail trim/file you do not need an appointment during those time frames on those days 😊.
NOTE:(We are not open for grooming on most Sundays or Mondays so we can only offer it Tuesday-Saturdays ) for all other grooming packages please call first for appointments at 210-320-2293.
Standalone Nail trim/file service is $10 plus tax per pet but if using a credit or debit card, there is an additional $3.10 transaction fee that goes directly to the processing company that Puppy power uses) no transaction fee for cash.

Puppy Power wants to remind everyone to keep your PPPs warm and safe during this chilly weather (People, Pets, and Plants) Watching your weather online and your local weather channels and preparing for dangerous weather ahead of time helps . 🙏Communicate with family members and friends to make sure they are ready for it,too. Some homes need pipes covered, facets dripped, heaters maintained..etc. Check on your neighbors to see if they have everything they need to stay warm. 🙏

It’s sweater weather when stepping outside to get into the car to take a trip to say: to the groomer’s at PUPPY POWER! it’s nice and warm and cozy in our building. With our warming massaging baths and blow dryers and central heat throughout the building for our haircuts and nail trims and filling and ear cleaning or if you’d like to add on facial scrubs and toothbrushing or nail polish for fun add-on spa services while here. Happy New Year’s Eve everyone from all of us at Puppy Power dog resort! Please please please remember to keep your pets inside and safe, especially during the firework displays! Their hearing is so much better than ours and it can cause great anxiety, even causing some dogs to try to run to get away from the noise and so many dogs are lost from people’s backyards during fireworks every year. Even cities that ban fireworks will still find that people will still set them off, and pets will still be affected. While they’re inside tonight, maybe you could play some nice music for them or partner with your vet to see if they need any anxiety medication during the fireworks or just cuddle them and keep them close to you. Wishing everyone of you a safe new year full of peace, joy and love.!!! 🙏😊

Last night at the city council meeting they announced that they OPENED up Binz Engleman Rd on “all sides” at the Ackerman rd intersection as of yesterday which is fantastic news for traveling to us from Binz Engleman Rd, and traveling in and around Kirby.🙏🙏🙏
