We have Fear Free Certified veterinarians and team members and our mission is to prevent and alleviate fear, anxiety & stress in pets so that they have the best possible experience. Juanita Hills Animal Hospital is here to take care of your pet’s needs during the COVID-19 pandemic. Veterinary services are classified as essential by Washington State during the Stay at Home Order. Our building is currently closed to entry but we are offering curb-side services.

New changes in core vaccine recommendations from the American Animal Hospital Assocation. Leptospirosis is now considered a core vaccine due to continued increase of cases in both urban and rural settings. AAHA veterinarians are also noting improved safety profile of vaccines for leptospirosis. It is worth noting, this is a zoonotic disease, meaning that it in transferable to humans as well. Give us a call to check the status of your pet's leptospirosis vaccine or to get scheduled to update or initiate this vaccination series.
