We have a very merry announcement…

POPPY HAS BEEN OFFICIALLY ADOPTED!! She is adoption #623.

Mackenzie and her family met Poppy early on in her tenure with us. They began to visit weekly (let’s be honest, multiple times a week) and it was love! Poppy has been having the best time with her forever family and we’re SO happy she found a fabulous home.

Poppy now has her own social media and will continue her weight loss journey at home.

We will continue to count down to the new year with our adoptions, but we know Poppy was well loved here at the cafe and wanted to share an update. Merry Christmas! 🎄

Happy Holidays, from our family to yours! We hope you have a safe and jolly holiday season with your loved ones. 🎄

Whisker Station Cat Cafe will be closing early today and remain closed tomorrow so our staff can enjoy the holidays with family. Our purr-fect adoptable kitties will be ready to see you when we re-open Thursday, December 26 at 11 a.m.

We will close again on Wednesday, January 1 to ring in the New Year! 🥂

Georgie has been found! ♥️

🚨GEORGIE HAS BEEN FOUND! Updated 12/23/24.🚨

Georgie slipped out of his house in Kirkwood, near Van Buren and Central Place. He is a stocky, large orange tabby with white around his face. If you will be walking in the area today, please keep an eye out for this sweet guy. He is surely very scared and confused.

His family will be out of town later this week for Christmas. If you have any information on Georgie’s whereabouts, or if you have found him and are keeping him safe until he can be reconnected with his family, please contact Whisker Station Cat Cafe directly at 314-394-1071.

Thank YOU for supporting our rescue partner! We couldn’t do it without our community’s support.

🎉 A HUGE Thank You to Our Amazing Community! 🎉

We are beyond grateful for all the support we’ve received recently! Because of YOU, we were able to cover the cost of sponsorship for a litter of kittens, provide eyelid surgery for one of those sweet kittens, and even save Elsa’s life after she went into labor and became septic. Thanks to her emergency surgery, Elsa is now safe and recovering!

But that’s not all — we also had a successful $5 Friday, and our Pictures with Santa event at both of the Pet Doctors, along with a bake sale, were a massive hit! 🍪🎅

None of this would have been possible without your incredible generosity. We only run off donations, and your support is what makes all of this life-saving work possible. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for being the reason we can continue to rescue and care for these wonderful cats and dogs!💖

We are so lucky to be part of such an amazing community. 🐾

Cyrus was a popular guy here at Whisker Station, so we thought we’d dedicate an adoption post just for him! ♥️

Many of you may recall his love of the toy box and his long road to recovery after he was returned to us. While he was healing, he spent some time as a foster with our owner. Well, one thing led to another, and Cyrus is now a member of the Whisker Station family forever!

Cyrus loves to walk around the house and talk, nap with Sara and her kids and loves every person that walks through their door. He’s happy, healthy, and won the lottery with his family. We’re so happy he’s finally found his forever home!

We have to give Rocket some credit. His post went viral this weekend! 🤩 Even as far as Wales, UK. We figured everyone would enjoy an update on his shenanigans.

Rocket has gone two full days without incident (other than an unsuspecting can of Pringles)… but he still yearns for the brew.

We love this giant cinnamon roll!!! 🥐

Rocket has been waiting for the purr-fect forever home for a few weeks now. He and his brother Comet got adopted earlier this year, but at no fault of their own, they were returned. They spent a few weeks getting TLC from our team and the fabulous folks at Kind Vet Care. Now, they’re in the cat room and ready to PLAY! They’re fun, snuggly, and very… Orange. If you’ve had an orange kitty, you know exactly what we mean! 😉

These two boys would do well in an active home with lots of family members to give them attention and supervise their fun antics. Both boys are big snugglers, especially Comet. They get along well with other kitties and would likely do fine with a cat-friendly dog. In fact, they just might just LOVE a dog to roughhouse with! 🤼
