Hi everyone! I hope everyone had a great Christmas!
It has been brought to my attention that while I’ve been on medical leave from work, there has been messages, voicemails and text messages that are not being taking care of. Today and Monday I will be working on getting back to everyone as fast as I can as it is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
I send my deepest apologies to everyone that has not gotten a message or a call back.

‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️Hello all of our valued clients. We are sorry to say but we will not be able to groom any dogs for the rest of this week due to health reasons of both myself and Kelsey. And depending on how we are doing possibly next week as well. We will try to reach out to everyone individually to get you rescheduled (may be contacted by a 3rd party representative). Good morning everyone happy snow day!! ☺️
We wanted to jump on and let everybody know with the snow coming back around this time of year appointment may be changed and possibly canceled depending on road condition. We do have a spot on 140 east that we are allowed to park at and have clients come to us if you feel comfortable to driving with us.
The same day cancellation policy will be canceled out for snow days as we can not control the weather. We will try our absolute best to make sure that everybody still gets their appointment but will do it in a safely manner.
Thank you for understanding and let’s go play out in the snow with the kiddos today! 🩵

Here is some dogs Beth got to see last week! The lab drove from Medford just to see her!

Unfortunately this will be the last pictures/ post of Beth grooming dogs for at least a good 8weeks, as today is her surgery date! We are so happy she is getting the hernia fixed finally! But will miss her in the trailer!
Kelsey will be servicing everyone and answering the phone the best she can! She will check in with Beth everyday and will call her with questions and updates🥰 please be patient with Kelsey!
