Experienced Restaurant career. Wondering if anyone is looking for a great employee that has 20 years experience in food service. I see Manager jobs open but no call backs. I have a degree experience and more experience. I would love to have some restaurants that want a restaurant worker that has done every job from bussing to General Manager. No advice is bad, but I have done indeed, checking and responding. Called store about my management application ( it was on indeed, has been more than twice.) told me they didn’t need managers all had been there for years. Wow. What’s up with that. Please help.
