Congratulations to Samantha Mae Hennessey as the new Practice Manager at our sister hospital in Kittrell! Way to go Sam!!

We are so excited to introduce to you all, our new practice manager, Samantha Hennessey!
Samantha is a familiar face here at Kittrell as she has been here for the past four years as the lead vet assistant and most recently serving as our assistant manager. Samantha has worked hard to maintain the flow here at Kittrell Animal Hospital and to help provide the best overall experience for clients.

With our phones constantly ringing our receptionists are sometimes unable to answer the phone immediately and the phone will direct you to voicemail. If you are calling to check in for an appointment we ask that you do not leave a voicemail to let us know you are here. Bradley is the Lead Vet Assistant here at Smithfield Road Vet. He has been an amazing asset to our team for over a year now, since transferring from our sister hospital, Kittrell Animal Hospital. He is currently studying for his business degree, but in the meantime, he is working hard to keep our clients happy and our patients healthy. Bradley's dog, "Buddy", is a frequent flyer here at SRVH and can be spotted on this month's "Puppy Love" bulletin board. When you see Bradley, make sure you congratulate him on all of his hard work and dedication! Thank you Bradley for all you do for our team!

Happy Holidays to everyone! As we approach the end of the year we want to thank everyone for your continued support and trusting us with your fur babies. While Christmas is approaching, our holiday hours are as follows:

Good Afternoon,

As we strive to provide the best veterinary care and top notch quality, there are a few laws that we adhere to that are effective immediately.

-For any medication refills we must see your pet AT LEAST once a year to ensure we are still doing what is best for you and your fur baby. Just like humans, a yearly check-up is beneficial for your pets to keep them happy and healthy.

-Rabies MUST be either given in hospital or proof must be shown before any doctor appointments or technician appointments.

-Any heartworm prevention refills must have a up to date heartworm test on file. This does not require a doctor visit and can be a technician appointment. Any flea/tick prevention will be approved as long as we have seen you and your pet once a year.

Reggie is very passionate about pets and cares for each pet that comes in the office on a one on one level. He calls that buttering them up. During his free time, Reggie has is own training company and also writes his own music! He has two dogs, Sir Tuffy and Sir Guinness.
