Always Aja H. is an established, 5-star rated pet care company serving the Hialeah area.

We are searching for reliable, compassionate animal lovers to care for cats, dogs, and other feathered, scaled, and furry clients.

Always Aja H. is seeking a motivated, responsible, pet-lover to join our pet care team.

The benefits of working at Always Aja H. Pet Services:

If this interests you, do you fit the requirements?

-Must live within the service area. (Hialeah Gardens, Doral, Miami Lakes)
-Must be 21 or over.
-Be able to pass a background check.
-Be a great problem solver.
-You need a car (with insurance) and a smartphone.
-Commitment required: 6-month minimum.
-Must speak and write in English, Spanish is a plus.
-Be highly organized and detail-oriented.
-Must be timely and reliable.
-Be able to commit to 20 hours per week.
-Be available to work a minimum of 3 days a week.
-***Must be able to care for dogs in your home.***

The job responsibilities will vary greatly but will include:

-Take dogs on walks and visits to the dog park
-Enter business leads into spreadsheets.
-Follow up on new job leads.
-Invite new clients to try our services.
-Provide exceptional care to all of our clients.
-You'll often need to work on your own without direct supervision.

Experience Requirement:
-Pet Care: 1 year (Required) ** Being a pet owner does not count as relevant experience.
-Sales: 1 year (Prefered)

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $7-18 per hour

Keep your dog's safe this Labor day Weekend with these 3 tips.

Block the grill. Keep curious and hungry pets away from the grill area. Although your dog is drooling for a burger, some food we enjoy are bad for our pets. It can also be a safety hazard if your pet burns themselves or knocks something onto the grill.

Keep them cool. Keep a full bowl of water available for your pets. I try to keep 1 bowl of water down for each dog in my home to make sure they can always grab a drink. If you're spending this weekend outside in the Florida heat, you can also fill a dog or kiddie pool with water for your pet to lounge in to keep cool.

Protect your plate. While its tempting to spoil your pet with dinner scraps. Remember that dogs can not eat chocolate, onions, or cooked bones. If you want to give your dog a treat or two during the day share a few carrots, blueberries or a scoop of plain, fat and sugar free yogurt.
