Sweet Charlie has FINALLY been able to be out playing in the snow. This sweet man came in to see Dr. Hodshon a few years ago. She fixed both of his knees, several months apart. And now he’s a new man living his BEST life! We love you Charlie B! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for being SUCH a good boy, Emmerson! You were a perfect gentleman for your IV catheter, did amazing for your TPLO, and woke up from anesthesia with the happiest tail ever!! We love you sweet boy!!

Remember Savannah from yesterday!? Her surgery was on Wednesday, and she’s following strict confinement and leash walks with her family. And look how amazing she’s walking on that surgery leg!!
Of course, all dogs recovery at different rates. However, all TPLO surgery patients should be trying to put weight on their surgery leg within the first two weeks. Savannah decided she’d give it a go 4 days after surgery!
Slow and steady wins the race. Slow, steady, short walks are the key to recovery! And following your home exercise plan. I’m so proud of you Savannah! I can’t wait to watch you slowly progress over the next seven weeks. ❤️ Keep up there good work, Mom and Dad!
Opal was very serious yesterday about how important it is to wear your cone. Today, Opal is serious about making sure she gets pet around the clock! EEP! She’s so precious we can hardly stand it! 🥰
Lulu looks great after her bilateral MPL surgery performed by Dr. Blackford! So glad you are back to prancing and showing off your hair bows! 🎀
Do you remember Ollie, the adorable Frenchie that broke his leg?? He came in for a recheck x-ray and he is healed! He looks fantastic! Can you tell what leg it was???? 😊
This little 6 pounds of manly man came in to see Dr. Hodshon. He was presented for reluctance to jump up on the couch. After some sedated radiographs, it turns out he has a torn ACL and a knee cap that doesn’t want to stay in place. That hasn’t slowed down his cuteness though!! ❤️
We love when our patients come to visit us! This sweet baby is using his leg EXCELLENT after his TPLO surgery. Mom shared with us his special talent.....he's a singer!!
