Those team members taking care of the animals currently staying at AHAH early this morning are also preparing the parking lot for anyone who needs us. RIP, JOHNNIE!!!! We have so many fun stories and wonderful memories over the 20 years that Johnnie impacted the AHAH family. His impact will forever be felt. Continued prayers for those who love and cherish him.

With great sadness, AHAHVET would like to extend our sincerest condolences to the family of our forever maintenance man, Johnnie Walker. Johnnie worked for AHAH for almost 20 years before officially retiring in May 2023. He had a vibrant personality and was loved by all. We will miss his jokes, his artistic nature, and his knowledge of how to literally fix everything (even with duct tape) .
