CANCELLATION/LATE/NO SHOW FEES
LATE POLICY
Please call if running late to drop off your pet to avoid fees and to make sure we can still accommodate your appointment. The scheduled is set based on drop-off and pick-up times, and arriving late not only delays your pet’s appointment but can also affect other client’s appointments. We understand things happen and we will do our best to work with y
ou.
$5 for every 15 mins past appointment time.
*Each pet is counted as one appointment and the late fee is charged per pet.
*Any appointment 30 mins late or more will be charged a late fee regardless of calling.
*Providing we can still accommodate your appointment if late, the pick-up time might be delayed to prevent other clients’ appointments from being affected. If we cannot accommodate you being late to your appointment or you choose to take your pet home because of the later pick-up time, you may be assessed a NO SHOW fee, as it is too late to get the appointment slot filled. Any appointment 30 mins late or later will be treated as a Call Pick-Up and completion time will be based on the schedule already set for the day, which could result in an end-of-day pick-up regardless of when you drop-off. Appointments not canceled the day before can prevent other clients from getting in for an appointment and can cause loss of income to the salon and groomers. Please leave a message if we are unable to answer or after hours. We understand things come up unexpectedly and we will do our best to work with you depending on the situation.
$10 if appointment is not canceled by 1pm the previous day.

NO SHOW POLICY
Appointments must be cancelled at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled time to prevent being counted as a NO SHOW. NO SHOWS prevent lost revenue to the salon and groomers, and also prevent other clients from getting in to get their pet groomed. We understand things come up and we will do our best to work with you depending on the situation.
1 NO SHOW – 50% Due
2 NO SHOWS – 100% Due
3 NO SHOWS – 100% Due and all appointments will have to be pre-paid at time of scheduling.
*Any appointment that is not canceled at least 1 hour prior to scheduled appointment time will be counted as a NO SHOW. If not canceled by that time, the $10 Last Minute Cancellation fee will be added.
*Each pet is counted as one appointment. If multiple pets are booked, each pet will count as a NO SHOW.
*Fees will be based on the standard package price, as dematting and handling fees cannot be determined ahead of time.
*Fees will be added to your next visit and are non-refundable including pre-paid appointments spots. AFTER HOURS POLICY
Please give us a call if you do not think you will be able to pick up your pet by closing to avoid any fees. Leave a message if we are not able to answer. Pets staying after close incur additional man-hours and cost towards the salon. As much as we love your furbabies, we would like to go home too! We understand things happen and will do our best to work with you. Up to 15 mins late - $10
Over 15 mins late - $1 per minute added to the original $10 fee
Overnight - $100
*If the after-hours pick-up is because we are running behind, no fee will be charged.
*Each pet is counted as one appointment and the fees will be added to each pet
*WE DO NOT PROVIDE OVERNIGHT BOARDING, but in case your furbaby has not been picked-up we will have to charge to provide your furbaby with proper care while it stays with us, including food and extra man-hours to accommodate the situation. Pets not picked up by opening the following day will be turned over to animal control with a detailed report including cost owed to the salon.
