Update on Carter and Pearl from their new family:

Carter and Pearl are settling in well Carter is not 100% sure about the dogs yet, but they both love to snuggle their humans and are great with the grandkids! Carter is everything I had hoped for when I adopted a 9 year old cat. It’s all about the snuggles with him!

We are so excited to share some great news! Our organization has been selected by
Petcare and a Pet, as a recipient for a Zoetis Product Grant! This grant will help us
provide flea, tick and heartworm disease prevention for cats and dogs, along with essential
vaccines and antibiotics needed to support the animals in our care. We are honored to be one
of 40 nonprofits being awarded a total of $2 million in Zoetis pet healthcare products to help
ensure that shelter pets are healthy and ready to find their forever homes!

Meet Skye! She's a 3-4 year old Husky. She has worked as a service dog in the past, but does not have any training paperwork. She would do best as the only dog in the home. She weighs 60 pounds and would love to find her furrever home!

Update on Hector from his family: He’s enjoying the new digs. He’s trying so hard to be good and figure everything out. We love him already.

Animal shelters are not the 'bad place', they are the people who clean up messes that others have made to help the animals.

Sissy and Bruno came into our shelter together, both such sweet sweet souls who deserved so much better than what they had. Sissy was adopted in January, her forever home finally showed up for her! But sweet Bruno is still sitting in our shelter awaiting his forever people to find him! He has the biggest personality, is the sweetest boy, never jumps on you, loves his squeaky toys and stuffed animals(loves to pick his own toys out even 😉), plays in the pool, and takes his treats from your hands so gently. He has done absolutely wonderful with multiple other dogs we have, and he's been great around kids as well! He might seem like a big ball of muscle(which he is), but don't let that fool you! He is the biggest sweetest baby. Please come meet this sweet handsome boy, you could just so happen to be his forever people!❤️

Update on Hazel and Marie from their owners! Marie and Hazel are sisters and got to meet each other Oct. 2023! We adopted Marie on Nov. 23, 2022 and Kimberly and Steve adopted Hazel Nov. 25, 2022!

We are so happy Remi wasn't euthanized! She is such a sweet, fun girl! We hope she finds her people soon!

Meet Klaus! He is approximately 2-3 years old, weighs 75 pounds. He is a Black Mountain Cur mix. He’s been with us since December 10, 2021. He is friendly and gets along with new people. He likes to play and exercise! He gets along with most dogs but not all so a meet and greet with your current dogs would be required. Our Sunday dog walkers have so much fun and they are really helping our dogs! Dog walking isn't limited to Sundays though! Our dogs need exercise every day!
