865 Rescue and Rehome

Daffodil came to us through Anderson county shelter with 3 newborn puppies. Unfortunately we lost one puppy due to failure to thrive. Daffodil was very sick and we had to remove the remaining puppies from her and give to another nursing mom so we could concentrate on her health! She is doing so much better and will be able to get all her updated shots and spay complete within the next two weeks and will be ready for adoption!

She is 32 lbs and we believe her to be a lab/carolina dog mix and is approximately 2 years old. Very timid but very sweet and not an aggressive bone in her body! Loves to be petted and loved on. Good for baths and car rides. We are working on leash training. She is p*e pad trained and does very well with no accidents. Very good dog!

Welcome Jackson to the rescue. He is 26 lbs of pure love. Good with other dogs and loves children! Utd on shots and neutered. Jackson is 6 year old terrier mix and cute as a button! He will be available real soon. Let us know if you would like to meet this cutie pie!

This sweet boy is URGENTLY looking for a new foster. His current one can no longer keep him.

Rocky is not apart of the rescue, he is being fostered through Anderson County Animal Shelter. We are happy to help connect you to them if you are willing to take this boy in so he doesn’t have to look for him home while in a cage at the shelter.

Please share if you can and consider being a foster for a good boy who was given up on by his family for simply existing during a stressful time in their life.

Poor sweet muffin passed over the rainbow bridge this morning at 7:30 AM. Thank you for all your prayers! Our hearts are broken right now.

Ok all our followers! Please say a prayer for muffin, one of our new little 2 week old puppies. She is in hospital and next 24-48 hours are crucial if she makes it…. We need all your prayers for this sweet little girl!

🐾He is currently being temporarily fostered with Anderson County Animal Shelter after his owner decided they didn’t have enough time for him anymore.

🐾His current foster says this about him:

He has so much personality. He's super loving. He enjoys car rides, playing with his ball, and chasing bubbles. He knows several commands and walks on a leash great, just pulls a little. He's crate trained and does well on a runner.

🐾He is currently looking for a new foster or a new home to call his!!🐾

Mama Tinsel enjoyed some sunshine today and is doing so well on a leash. She is still learning that pets and loves are a good thing, but her buddy Mason at her foster home is showing her how great she is!

Noel is already opening her eyes! Mistletoe is enjoying being nice and cuddly in the dog bed next to the heater 💜

They are all doing so well thanks to their wonderful foster family!

Mama Daffodil and the puppies had a good first night at their foster home!

We spent some time with mama today helping her learn to trust people more, she is already doing so good.

Mama does not seem to mind gentle pets and is so tolerant of us touching her babies and helping her care for them!

In a plot twist…we ended up pulling Daffodil and her 3 babies today also

Daffodil is such a good and attentive mama to her 2 baby girls and one baby boy!

These sweet things are only 9 days old.

They are settling into their own foster, who happens to also be our director, Susanne! We are so grateful for her dedication to these sweet babies who need a safe place to grow!

We will introduce these babies by name in comments so you can follow their journey!

Mama Tinsel and her two girls have made it to their foster in Lenoir City, TN!

We are so in love with this sweet girl already. She is shy but willing to let us give her some gentle pets right now while we keep her and these sweet babies warm.

We will be helping the smallest girl chunk up with bottle feeding and get mama vetted and healthy to continue caring for her babies.
