We grow USDA certified organic produce, as well as pasture-raised eggs and heritage-breed Berkshire cross pork. The farm is proud to have an active CSA (Community Supported Agriculture). Our products can be found through our CSA, on-farm, and at Three Rivers Market (eggs, year-round; produce, year-round), Whole Foods (produce, May-Oct). Thanks for checking us out!!

Primarily focused on Knox/Blount/Sevier county area. I'm looking for farmable tracts between 20-60+ acres.

After ten years of full time farming, I've decided to take a step back and make some changes.

At the end of November, I sold my last eggs. I'm letting go of raising poultry and egg production, probably for good. Had a great run with eggs and laying hens, but the intensity of time and management of running an egg busines is just more than I can give at this point in time. There's lots of joy in it, but also tons of stress and challenges. It's seven days a week, three times a day, everyday.

I'm really thankful to everyone who's bought my eggs, produce, and pork through the years. It means the world to me! Thanks for coming to the farm, buying our eggs at a grocery store, spending extra to use our eggs and pork in your restaurant, joining our CSA (what's up CSA folks!!), and otherwise supporting my dream. And an extra special thanks to all my friends, neighbors, family, and workers who have helped along the way.

I'm also scaling way back on selling pork. I may keep a bit on hand for myself and to sell at the farm, but not really pursuing it as I was.

Although I'm scaling back a lot, I still have other farm ventures ahead. I'm continuing to build up my meat goat herd, and I'm looking to grow a lot more heirloom corn. So, stay tuned!

Again, thanks so much to everyone who's bought my products and supported local ag these last ten years. I'm anxious to change but ready for a different pace. Holler at me, I'm around. ✌️

Still hiring! I've received a ton of interest and am sorting through the candidates. Thanks everyone for reaching out! If I haven't gotten back to you, hang tight.

Please remember, this is an 18 year or older job and I'm primarily looking for people to cover Thursday - Sunday 4p until dark.

If you're interested in just one wkd shift, or multiple days, please let me know. I'd like to find 2-4 reliable people to cover the shifts. With potentially more work available for those who prove themselves good farm managers.

We're hiring!! $15/hr, 4-6 hour evening shifts, til dark.

I need some good help! Looking for a few folks to help out on the chicken farm. Afternoons and evenings until dark. Job includes: egg gathering and washing, packing and labeling, feeding and watering hens, and closing up hen houses at dark.

No farm experience necessary. Reliability, trustworthiness, hard work, and good attitude required. Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.

The job pays $15/hr. Shift time fluctuates with closing time at dark. Expect 4-6 hour shifts. Priority to fill Thursday - Sunday nights, Mon-Wed if possible.

Hoping to find a few folks to take a couple of shifts each. If you're interested, please holler at me!

Fall farm stand!! This Thursday 11/17 from 4-6p at the farm on Widow French Lane! We have plenty of pork cuts, a *super limited* supply of eggs, and our first round of Kiko/Boer goat meat!!

Pork cuts include: sausage, ground pork, ribs, chops, shoulder roasts, ham roasts, pork belly, ham hocks and more. Pricing begins at $6.50/lb.

Goat meat cuts include: stew meat, steaks, roasts, shanks and more. Pricing begins at $12/lb.

Cash, card, Venmo accepted. We'll take orders in advance if you'd like to reserve ahead of time!
