I had a great time with my daughter Tiffany DeBusk today. We inspected a honeybee hive and then had drinks and dinner at my favorite hangout.

I normally don't do cut-outs. It is a very messy and tedious process. The lady that called was elderly and asked me to take a look. She told me that her grandchildren could not play in her yard because of the bees. There was no way I could say no. I did not charge her for my service. Instead I took the bees as payment.

You can't tell from the picture but the hive was three layers thick. I relocated the bees into my apiary. They are gentle and I am very lucky to have gotten their genetics.
