Well first off you enter into the family 💕 we are close not and love your babies like our own, you get groomers who are always eager to learn new things, different groomers and better ways to do things. You get groomers who are taught to listen to your dog and try to find the best way to cater to your pups individual grooming needs. Who never stop trying new ways to make your nervous, old, excited, or fearful dog more comfortable. Whether it’s realizing they like one brush over another, or you have to brush them extremely well because they dislike the comb, handscissoring their legs for comfort purposes because the clippers are too hard on them, letting them lay down during the groom because it makes them feel safer, secure or it’s just getting hard in their joints to stand, realizing that a simple hug during the groom or a hand hold makes all the scary thing better. Groomers that love their work, the pups and the artistry of grooming. The outcome of the groom is so important to us but the process and your pups comfort is number 1!
