Meet Tango! 🥹

Tango is a fun ball of energy! He gets along well with other dogs & absolutely loves to play! His bestie here at Pals is ROXY! They play SO WELL together!

Scratching our heads trying to figure out HOW IN THE WORLD this bonded duo hasn’t found a home!

Ashton & Eenow have lived in the same home for the last 10+ years. Unfortunately due to their owner passing away, they were displaced from their home. They are the most perfect dogs. House trained. Crate trained. Well behaved.

This duo has dentals done on July 1st in Lafayette. Any adoptions made prior will be considered foster to adopt with adoption made final after dentals are complete!

Meet Harley! 🐾

I truly don’t think we could say enough good things about this sweet girl! Harley came to us from an overcrowded shelter up north. She had mammary masses that, unfortunately, the shelter could not pay to fix. We pulled her a little over a month ago, she had surgery shortly after & has been cleared by the vet! Harley hasn’t had the best life. She is 6, turning 7 in the fall, and has spent her entire life used & abused. Her previous owners used her time and time again & once they were done with her, she was tossed out like a piece of worthless trash. 😭

Harley has been with a foster since she came to us & has been the absolute BEST GIRL any home could possibly want in a fur-babe. We are hopeful that someone out there will see Harley & their heart & home will open up to give her what she so rightfully DESERVES after all of these years of being failed.

“She is dog, kid, & cat friendly. She loves to snuggle with her humans. She recently had a mammary mass removed & has been cleared by the vet. She is very laid back & loves to snuggle on the couch & watch movies. She also has a little wild side to her & loves to run outside with a toy or a stick. She really is the sweetest girl. Meet Star!

Star is a black lab mix, approximately 3-5 years old. She is a really affectionate girl who loves her people so much. Star would prefer a laid-back household with humans who are home more than they are away. She is super sweet & loves to play equally as much as she does lounge. She has this cute little smile/grin that makes everyone smile! She is house trained & does well with ALL humans! Star has been with a foster for the last month, however due to personal schedules, she had to come back. The kennel is NOT for her & she is very stressed being here. She would love to be back into a home where she is comfortable & can relax.

Meet RAY!

This sweet boy came to us in hopes that maybe his FURever home was somewhere in the good ol’ state of Indiana!

Ray is a kind boy. He is 4 years old and about 40 lbs. House & crate trained. Does wonderful with other dogs (he has been out with 8-10 well-mannered dogs at once & did perfectly fine) - ADDED BONUS, he hasn’t once attempted to establish dominance! He is a very chill dude & really just needs to find himself a cozy home with a comfy bed to spend the rest of his wonderful dog life!

Mila! 🐾

This little sweet & petite gal is looking for her FURever home! Mila is a fully grown black lab mix! She weighs around 30 lbs & is about 1 year old. She is a submissive girl & would truly do well in any home! She loves to be out with the other doggies & she has became besties with our girl Roxy (also available), here at Pals.

Mila doesn’t make a peep when she’s inside her kennel. She goes right in & lays down!

This sweet girl would love for someone to open up their home to her & give her a place to finally live her best fur-baby life, something she has never truly known.

Sweet, sweet Mama Marcy 💞

Marcy came to us from a rural Kentucky town & to avoid going into the shelter where she would never stand a chance, she has landed a place with us here at Pals For Paws!

Marcy is a sweet girl. She’s very chill & loves to just be around “people”. She has been out with 8-10 dogs at a time & pays them no mind. She never wanders off & would much rather just relax in the shade or get some lovin’ from us. Marcy was a recent mama, but unfortunately none of her puppies made it. 😢

Marcy would love a family who is willing to give her years of the love & affection she yearns for.

We have MORE puppies coming & NEED FOSTERS FOR THEM! These do NOT have to be in pairs! They are coming from a SUPER unfortunate situation down south — some of the puppies have already wondered into the woods & never returned! There are SIX puppies coming this week. They are Catahoula Mixes & approximately 10-12 weeks old.

The time has come! 🎉

CHANCE IS LOOKING FOR HIS FUREVER HOME!

As many of you know, Chance was rescued by one of our volunteers after he was dumped in Indianapolis (we are assuming because of his broken leg). Chance underwent surgery & has healed up nicely! He is currently still in physical therapy and has (3) sessions left. Those sessions are done at the VCA in FISHERS, INDIANA & adopter would be responsible for getting him to and from those appointments. Chance is UTD on vaccines & will be neutered after physical therapy appointments are complete!

AT LAST, applications are being accepted for him & he can live the rest of life having the BEST days of his life!

Chance is doing well with house & crate training - though he is still a puppy so there’s always room for improvement! He loves his treat puzzle & enjoys being outside! He is 6 months old, 40 lbs currently & will likely be double that weight full grown.

We do expect several apps for him based off of interest received over the last several weeks - please be patient as we review apps & someone will reach out, soon!

The puppies are 4 weeks old & need to find a foster IMMEDIATELY! They are too young to be around other non-vaccinated dogs.

Meet our latest intake Zeus. He is a three year old German Shepherd. He is good with cats and gets along great with small dogs. He warms up to bigger dogs, but he needs a little time with that. He is very loyal knows several commands and can do tricks for treats. He is looking for a home where he has a place to run and play. When he is out, he loves to be social and meet new people.

Adoption Alert! It was one special Father's Day for our Poppy girl.

Poppy is enjoying her best life with her new family. She is getting lots of exercise, playtime, and cuddles with a dad that adores her. After being given away and lost without having her microchip registered to her owner, thank goodness Pals was able to get her back and connected to the best dog dad possible!

Andre has lived in the shelter for 4 years & desperately needs to find a home! He is shy when you first meet him, but warms up to you pretty quickly! He loves to play fetch & run. Due to his size, we believe a home with older kids would be best.

We would like to introduce you to Ducky. He is a very calm and polite puppy.

He’s about 4 months old according to the vet and weighs 31 lbs right now. He is a lab/hound mix.
He’s really amazing. He loves people and is very food motivated. He currently lives with a cat at his rescuer’s home. She found him on the side of the road and he hasn’t been claimed after being posted on several pages. She is not in a position to keep the puppy but is willing to continue to foster him until we are able to get him a home. Ducky loves to be petted and be with his people. He is a big cuddler. He is House and crate trained.

He should be completely vetted in July so he would go home as a foster to adopt before then.
