Updated Pics of the Pups 🐶 they are two weeks old now.
I am starting to accept deposits
First deposit gets 1st pick
2 deposit gets 2nd pick etc
We have 3 girls and 2 boys
When you put deposit i need to know if you’re wanting a male or female.
Coat types will be determined in another week or so
Deposit is a 200 non refundable deposit
Pups will be ready to go when they are 8 - 9weeks old. Depends on how well they are doing without mama!
When you put down deposit you will get weekly pics of pups
Pups will be 950 each. Will have 2 sets of shots

Someone asked: How do breeders justify setting their puppy adoption fees at $800, $1200 or even $1600?

Let me explain what takes place before the puppies are born and up until they are adopted. 🐕🐾🐾

Purchase of dogs for breeding from reputable breeders that breed to improve the lines and do health testing.
Genetic health testing of dogs before breeding
OFA x-rays of hips and elbows and eyes for certification. Stud fee, if using outside lines.
Lab fees for progesterone testing.
Vet fees for artificial insemination.
Ultra sound fee to confirm pregnancy.
C-section, scheduled or emergent, of dam is unable to deliver puppies naturally due to complications.

- Whelping Pen (puppies spend 1st 3 wks in here)
- Puppy Crates and/or Indoor Fencing (after 3 weeks)
