We celebrated another successful kickoff to Christmas with our employees Saturday at our annual company Christmas party at the Silver Moon banquet facility in Lewisburg, PA. Thank you to all who helped make the magic happen and to those who attended. We love watching joy exude from each of our employee’s children as they get their gifts from Santa and decorate their own gingerbread house. We also enjoyed feeding all of our families a delicious meal and recognizing all of our milestone employee anniversaries, including Matthew Stoneroad, who has dedicated 25 YEARS to BJE Poultry and the Robinson family. We hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season and gets to experience the same warm Christmas fellowship we did on Saturday evening. Until next year! 🎅🏼

BJE Poultry and Kreamer Feed employees really came through during this year’s holiday philanthropic efforts! We were able to deliver 33 boxes of goodies for children in impoverished areas around the globe who otherwise wouldn’t have anything to open Christmas Day. Thank you to BJE’s Scott Smith for the delivery assist!

We had so much fun and perfect weather for the annual Robinson Company Picnic today, celebrating both BJE Poultry and Kreamer Feed!

Thank you to all who had a hand in making today a success, especially our wonderful vendors Tried & True Catering by Aunt Jenny’s Kitchen, Pelicans Snoballs, 3 Monkeys Inflatables, and Entertainment Tents.

We hope you all had fun and know we appreciate each and every one of you for making our businesses what they are today.

For the last 11 months, BJE Poultry Director of Strategic Operations Bucky Price has been fully immersed in the Leadership Susquehanna Valley (LSV) program, a 501(c)(3) charitable corporation that provides leadership coaching to educate and motivate a diverse group of regional industry leaders for effective community and organizational leadership. The program has a distinguished list of alumni, including founders, CEOs, Presidents, VPs, and Directors, of many successful regional hospitals, banks, manufacturers, and other businesses. The program begins with an overnight retreat, followed by eight monthly, day-long sessions including numerous field trips, group projects, and leadership coaching sessions. Program days, each that focus on a specific regional industry, are interactive, educational, and sometimes intense. Participants are expected to attend each of the program days and to contribute consistently to the work of their small groups, which research and work with a local non-profit organization, fulfilling a need for the business that will be sustainably beneficial. Bucky’s small group elected to assist the Central Pennsylvania Autism Foundation (CPAaF), a 501(c)(3) that provides resources to families who are impacted by autism, with marketing needs to help promote and grow the organization to its full potential. The CPAaF is already seeing significant success as a result of its work with LSV and Bucky’s group. We are proud to again support LSV with another class member and are so pleased with Bucky’s experience and success in the program. Congratulations on your graduation!
