Have you heard of Paisley Paws? Kronenwetter Veterinary Care proudly uses Paisley Paws to help animals in need as they may arise. Paisley Paws allows you, our wonderful clients, to donate funds so that our doctors may use them as an on needed basis to help pets in need. Because of your generosity, we are able to do great things for pets! This is not a story from Kronenwetter, but we wanted to share with you all so that you can read and see what types of help these funds go for. 😊

💛🐾A New Year’s Eve Tale: A Paisley Paws Miracle🐾💛

‘Twas the night before New Year’s Day, and all through the town,
The clock ticked on quietly as snow fluttered down.
Resolutions were forming, hopes taking flight,
But at a Paisley Paws PAWrtner Clinic, a pup fought her fight.

A dog named Bella, with a heart pure and sweet,
Lay curled on a blanket, paws tucked at her feet.
Her once-bright eyes now seemed heavy and dim,
Her spirit unwavering, though her chances were slim.

Her family adored her through all life’s strife,
But hardship had shattered their once-stable life.
When housing was lost, despair quickly grew,
And Bella fell ill—she needed help, and fast, too.

The vet at the clinic, with compassion and care,
Worked tirelessly to ease Bella’s despair.
Her treatment was costly, but hope wasn’t gone,
For Paisley Paws’ mission would help her fight on.

The Life-Saving Fund, fueled by love far and near,
Exists for these moments when pets need us here.
Donations from many, united as one,
Made Bella’s recovery a fight that could be won.

The PAWrtner Clinic acted with speed and resolve,
Their team worked with care, her case was very involved.
As midnight drew near, came news like a chime:
Bella was healing, just in time!

Her tail wagged softly, her eyes shone anew,
Her family, now smiling, saw their hope come true.
Though life held its challenges, one thing was clear:
Love and compassion transformed their New Year.

So, here’s to the donors, the vets, and each heart
Who made Bella’s new beginning a work of pure art.
As the clock struck twelve, the message was clear:
Together, we can bring hope every year.

And as Bella snuggled, the world rang with cheer:
“Happy New Year to all, and to pets everywhere!
May kindness and love grow stronger each day,
And may we keep saving lives in every way.”

Any Dalmatian lovers out there?

This beautiful girl is in need of a new home! She was previously being fostered with Dr. Houk and is currently with Dr. Nikki now. Her previous owner was unable to take her to their new home.

Meet Rosie! She is about 2 years old, spayed, up to date on vaccines, house trained, good with kids, cats, and other dogs. She is missing 2 paw digits from an old injury as a puppy but it doesn't affect her much. Rosie does have some anxiety issues Dr. Nikki is currently working with her to get through, so her adopter must be willing to acknowledge and help her manage her anxiety. Rosie loves to cuddle at night and has a ton of energy she likes to run off during the day!

If you are interested in adopting Rosie, please contact us at the clinic and we can get you more information!
