incorporated in the State of Idaho. Located in Kuna, ID, the sanctuary provides a permanent loving home for all types of rescued backyard farm animals. We make sure that they live out their entire lives in peace at the sanctuary, where they are treated with the kindness and respect they deserve. Our mission is to provide shelter, food, care and

protection for the animals in our custody. Also, through farm tours and via social media, we give the animals a voice to tell the public their stories. Dominifarm’s rescued animals function as ambassadors so visitors and/or viewers can watch their daily lives, get to know each animal, and gain an appreciation for their species. DOMINIFARM:

-Welcomes public, private, group, organization, school, and corporate visitors, by appointment only. Private tours are by donation, suggested at $25/hour for up to four people.

At Dominifarm We believe every animal deserves a loving home and family! That's why we're dedicated to rehabilitating and providing a forever home to unwanted and abandoned horses, cows, sheep, goats, emus, alpacas, rabbits, hens, ducks, and other animals in the Treasure Valley. We're passionate about educating people on the realities of barnyard animal ownership, promoting spaying/neutering, and encouraging responsible care to enhance the lives of both owners and animals. This week, Lamar Advertising of Boise is launching a new billboard advertising campaign for Dominifarm. I am deeply moved by the amount of kindness and support that Dominifarm continues to receive. I remember the early days and the obstacles I encountered when starting a nonprofit rescue for farm animals following Covid. At that time, few people related to these kinds of animals. Four years on, I look back with pride on my journey and the incredible community that has embraced our mission. Hi, I'm Beau the steer at Dominifarm. Can you believe I'm turning 4 this year? It's amazing how time flies. Being driven around in my mom's Kia Soul seems like just yesterday. I've grown into a strong and confident boy, but she still showers me with love and care. I feel so lucky to live at the sanctuary where I spend happy days with my best friend Belle and my cow family. We enjoy a bounty of delicious hay daily and fresh produce on Mondays, which just so happens to be my favorite day. I have a heartfelt dream, one that I hope will inspire others. I wish for our sanctuary to expand, to have more land where we can roam free. My greatest desire is for acres of lush pastures where we could graze and play. Unless we get a miraculous land donation, that won’t happen soon, but with Idaho Gives approaching, I've asked Mom if we could ask for some new fencing and a complete irrigation pod system for one acre of pasture. As it would really make a big difference for me and the cows, she agreed that it would be a wonderful goal this year. Until then, I’ll pray for my dream to come true. - Love, Beau ♥️🐂

Ashlee adores Hugo, our farm cat, and their bond is truly heartwarming. She created a makeshift cat wrap carrier and uses it to carry him around while she does the chores on the farm. It’s their special cuddle time, filled with tenderness and affection. Like a baby koala, Hugo thrives on the love, warmth and coziness, and won’t move for 45 minutes, enjoying their time together. Everyone spoils him at the sanctuary, but he has a very special connection with Ashlee.♥️🐈‍⬛

To see Nacho the donkey and Herbert the mule standing next to each other, you might call them The Odd Couple, but their relationship works. They act more like brothers than besties; playfighting is one of their ways to show each other love and affection. Watching their bond evolve over years and observing how they watch out for each other is heartwarming. They’re both enjoying a happy retirement at Dominifarm Animal Sanctuary. ♥️

Gustave the dachshund invited Alexa the sheep for a play date in the home yesterday. Rescued as an orphan, Alexa has special privileges as she was raised indoor with the dogs. To this day, they’re still her closest companions and she hasn’t bonded with the sheep yet. ♥️🐑

Have you met Lord Buck, our newest resident? Lord Buck is a pony-sized Nubian goat who thinks he's a dog. Because of his giant size and advanced age, his owner's biggest fear was that he would end up with the wrong person and be eaten or mistreated. He has had a pretty simple and spoiled life, but his mom was getting older and taking care of him was getting more and more difficult, especially in the winter. Since arriving at Dominifarm, Lord Buck has been settling in beautifully. He's gaining more confidence, feeling more at home, and enjoying all the love and care he deserves. We're so excited to watch him continue to thrive and become a happy, well-socialized member of the Dominifarm family!

Pat has been a shining star volunteer for Dominifarm for over two years, selflessly giving her time and love to make a difference. Her compassionate heart even extends to sponsoring Gabriella, one of our beloved elderly alpacas. As a devoted animal lover and chicken mom, Pat has extensive knowledge in poultry husbandry, which she generously shares to help those in need. When Football fell ill, Pat's expertise and care helped nurse him back to health; she's a true chicken whisperer. She has also opened her heart and home to two of our lucky chicks, who now live a pampered life under her loving care. Today, Pat's commitment to our sanctuary inspired her to share our mission with her community, promoting us on her page, which is a big help. Spunky always checks the weather before she puts a hoof outside. She and all the older pigs are thriving on joint supplements, which work wonders for their aging bodies, enabling them to roam freely instead of being confined to their shelter all winter; the more they move, the more fit and healthy they become.

Our adorable pigs are very curious and love to be in the midst of things. As soon as they saw me bring the fresh straw bedding from afar, they ran to the little house to ‘help’. Moo asserts dominance over the smaller pigs and regularly try to challenge mine; since he’ll grow to 600-800 pounds, it’s crucial he learns respect and good manners while still manageable.
