I am totally nerding out but look how cool this is! You can see all the muscle fibers and how large that muscle is! Love to work on this muscle when we have problems with the bit or the poll!

This guy is known to be “chompy” in the bit, after and assessment we decided to work around the hyoid and tmj. He was so appreciative and look at that release!

‼️IMPORTANT UPDATE‼️

Unfortunately I have injured my shoulder and now need surgery. Starting the 7th of February I will be recovering from surgery for several weeks and won’t be able to provide any bodywork until cleared from my surgeon. I can recommend other body workers if needed.
I appreciate your understanding and will keep everyone update.

So much release with the Bemer!! Such a good boy!

One of my favorite things to do with my horse is lunge with no tack. It gives you a great visual of how he’s using his muscles, where he might be holding some tension or tightness and you can watch their foot strike which tells you so much about their body. What do you all see here? Tension? Foot strike? What are your thoughts.

Yesterday was a busy day bemering some incredible dressage horses. This handsome guy is Hercules!

These were the results after Bemer and bodywork. Not perfect but so much improvement after just one session! Love getting to help these athletes feel better!

I had the pleasure of working on a hunter horse who’s been learning his flying lead changes. This is HARD work and he was having some back, glute and hamstring. This is the BEFORE video with light pressure.

“I don’t know what you did for Yeager, but please keep doing it, cause he feels great!” These comments make my day! 🥰 Yeager is on weekly bodywork sessions and is doing better and better. And just look at the face of relaxation

My shoulder felt better today so big guy finally got the works! Bemer, bodywork, craniosacral and taping! He is so happy when it’s his turn to be pampered.

Cold laser therapy

Cold laser is such a great tool to help your horse feel its finest! Big guy is a fan. I am still not able to offer bodywork due to my shoulder, but I am offering Bemer and cold laser treatments. Feel free to reach out to get on the schedule!

What I love about taping horses is the reaction is almost instant! I hadn’t even finished taping this cutie before she was giving me huge releases. This is a thorasic sling taking which helps with shoulder release and movement, correct collection, muscle tension release, increased blood flow and pain relief.

Chocolate is loving his neck bemer today!! So much relaxation and release!

Martin was a hoot to work with today! He have TMJ issues and cribs so he was sore around his poll and upper neck. He had the most unique way to show me when I was at the right spot!

Throughout bodywork the most important part in my opinion is relaxation! When the horse is relaxed I am able to correctly and most efficiently release fascia and muscle tension, increase blood flow, and help relieve pain. Big guy has been getting pampered this week! After our jumping lesson today I decided to work on his hind end. This was the result after 30 minutes of bodywork. Loooove to see this relaxation!
