🐾 We’re Hiring a Dog-Loving Bather! 🐾
Hi y’all! We’re on the lookout for an energetic, dependable, and dog-obsessed bather to join our fun and hardworking grooming family! This is a great opportunity for someone who loves animals and wants to build a future in the pet industry.
This is a long-term position, not temporary, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us!
We are a kennel-free, open environment, which means dogs are free to run around the shop, bark, play, and yes...they might jump up to say hi! You must be 100% comfortable working in a space where dogs roam freely and hair flies like confetti, or as we like to say, dog hair is just glitter with a purpose.
We’re looking for someone who’s not shy, is able to communicate well, and can take constructive feedback with a good attitude. We want team members who are open to learning and improving. If you’re interested, we also offer opportunities down the road to train in grooming and grow beyond just bathing!
Requirements:
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a LOUD environment
• Not afraid of dogs (any size or temperament!)
• Okay with getting wet and cleaning up messes (yep, that includes p*e and poo!)
• Must be self-motivated, a team player, and reliable
• Available from 8am to at least 3–4pm
• Not currently enrolled in school or needing a student-friendly schedule
• Previous experience is a plus, but not required, we provide training!
Main Job Responsibilities:
• Bathing, brushing, and combing
• Blow drying
• Light cleaning duties
• Helping wherever needed (making treat bags, cutting material for bananas, or making bows)
Schedule:
• Full-time preferred
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (with occasional Wednesdays)
• Morning shifts starting at 8am, ending between 3–4pm
• No weekends!
Pay & Perks:
• Starting at $13/hour
• Paid weekly
• 1099 contract position

Interviews:
If offered an interview, they will be held during regular business hours, so candidates can get a feel for what the shop looks and runs like. If selected, please wear something you don’t mind getting dog hair on, you’re likely to get a little glittered while you’re here! 🐾
