The last piece of a bow fishing display is complete and with the owner! Congrats Alexander Junda on your latest trophy. This 26” common white and orange koi will be added to an existing display which includes a butterfly koi and giant goldfish.

Congratulations Jaxon Mitchell on catching these trophy fish. Jaxon was hunting with Dad (Jonathan Mitchell) in Florida and decided to take a few hours and catch some fish. What they caught were beautiful Mayan Cichlids. These fish are stunning and becoming more popular with southern anglers. Way to go Jaxon and thank you Dad for introducing your son to the great outdoors.

A very unique mount went home today! Alexander Junda challenged me with two trophies he shot while bow fishing. A 20” goldfish and 23” butterfly koi!

I accepted the challenge and created a scene that captures his special day on the water!

Congrats Alex and thank you once again for trusting me with your trophies! I really enjoyed bringing these fish back to life.

A trophy walleye went home home over the weekend. Tom Van Deusan caught this giant while ice fishing last winter in NYS. This fish measured 32” long and was estimated to be around 14 lbs. Congrats Tom and enjoy the memory!

A stunning Xanthic Mayan Cichlid is going home to Michigan. Native to the Atlantic slope of Central and South America the Mayan Cichlid found its way to South Florida in the 1980’s. This beautifully colored fish has become a favorite for anglers as it willingly takes natural bait along with artificial flies.

A few more fish went home yesterday!

A 27” male brown trout and a 29” female rainbow trout. Both fish were kids contest winners at a local fishing club! Great fish and an excellent way to get kids hooked on the outdoors…..memories that will last a lifetime!

Brown trout is a skin mount with cast head, tail and fins.

Rainbow trout is a reproduction.

Congratulations to Amber and her fiancé Levi Sherman on this outstanding catch. Levi spotted the fish, showed Amber and she did the rest!This beautiful 22” palomino trout took a spinner and gave Amber a memory that will last a lifetime. Congrats to you both and great teamwork!

A unique trophy went home with Quintin Wyandt. Quintin and his brother-in-law were bow fishing when this northern snakehead appeared. These fish are from Eastern Asia and have found there way into our local waters causing concern from the Fish and Game Commission . If caught or shot, they are not to be released back into the water as they are considered invasive. Great work guys in doing your part to control the population.
