It is so very important to brush your pup between groomings all over not just head and back especially in this heat. Their coat needs to be brushed all over. Dog can suffer from heat exhaustion too. They coat needs to be where air can get to their skin to help keep them cool. The first picture is before. The second picture is during and the last is after. It took alot of work to save the coat but we got it done. See the difference a good brushing makes.

We are broken hearted tonight to learn that one of our precious fur babies is no longer with us. We only get to see them a day every few weeks but they leave big paw 🐾 prints on our hearts too. RIP Oso. You will be missed. I know your running with Camo across the bridge.

Kelly’s K-9 Cuts has teamed up with Hawthorne at Blanco Riverwalk to Thank our wonderful customers. We will have 5 Drawing on December 1 for all customers that made an Appointment with us to have your fur babies groomed November 1 -30. Hey Everyone this is Pain, he is a Spanish water dog. He came by the shop today and met our new groomer Shai. We invite everyone to come by and meet Shai as well. We have a few openings this week and are now open again on Saturdays.
