Last night brought high winds and heavy rain. It will rain up through around noon today. If you find downed nests or baby squirrels on the ground (please look):

- wait for clear weather ( no rain)
- warm them up using an external heat source (rice sock, heating pad on low)
-attempt to reunite with mom for one hour
- bring in and warm back up
-attempt to reunite again
- use www.ahnow.org to find a Rehabber near you.
