Position Filled!

Hiring a part time kennel staff cleaning person. Hours are mornings and late afternoon/evenings and every other weekend. Have to work well with cats and dogs, be dependable, and honest. Good hours for an older high schooler that doesn’t do sports or a college student that is staying over the summer. Bring resume in to Ark Valley Animal Hospital or email to [email protected]. We can schedule any male or female cat and medium to small dog spays or any size dog neuters. We can also schedule larger dog spay that is 1 year or younger. Price is $35 for cats or $45 for dogs. We are waiving the exam charge for this special, as long as there are no additional problems. Any additional costs will be normal price.

Call ASAP if interested. You will be required to pay a $25 booking fee when you make the appointment ( in person, at the vet clinic or over the phone ). First come, first served!

Please share and please Vote no on prop 129!!! Educate yourself on how dangerous this can be for your pet. No one should be allowed to practice medicine, prescribe meds and definitely not be able to do surgery on your pet with only 3 semesters of education!!! ( just FYI It takes 8 years minimum to become a veterinarian). Worse this education requires NO surgical on hand labs, can all be done on line, and has no testing to prove they know their information before they get their degree. Let that sink in that someone can legally cut open your pet with no surgical experience at all, or diagnose and prescribe meds to your pet with less experience then our certified veterinary technicians!!!!!

Veterinarians in Colorado are opposed to Proposition 129 and they are speaking out about it. Hear a local vet explain why adding a mid-level position will endanger animals and not result in better clinical outcomes for animals. Gain a new perspective on this critical issue and understand what is at....

Please note we switched some Saturdays around in September. See new schedule changes below. We will be open our normal Monday , Tuesday, and Wednesday and most Fridays with Thursdays and Sundays off. Thursdays and Fridays may be switched and Saturdays ( 1/2 day ) are only as scheduled.
