Our Cali Girl crossed the Rainbow Bridge last evening. She was unable to recover from the severity of her pneumonia. We are heartbroken to lose our sweet girl. She and Tanner have given me so much including the inspiration to start IB Pet. We lost Tanner a year ago in August. He was also 16 years old. I will forever be grateful for both of them and all the love they gave given us. Thank you to everyone who sent prayers and good vibes the last few days. Thank you to everyone for caring for her. Rest in peace Mi Cali.
Please send prayers and good vibes for our sweet Cali girl. She wasn’t herself this weekend and started refusing meals (which she never does) and I took her to the VCA emergency yesterday. I initially thought it was heat stroke because she spent a lot of time in the sun on Saturday and I noticed she had a fever Saturday evening but as it turns out, she has pneumonia! The veterinarian said that her blood work was surprisingly very good for an old girl like her. She is on oxygen, fluids and antibiotics and we are hoping she improves and comes home soon.

🐾 My favorite dog breed I'll have to say are my dogs! Not exactly a breed, but they're definitely my favorite!

🐾 My favorite part about working at IB Pet is being able to help pups with their nutritional needs and being able to see all the happy faces that come into our store! Being able to see the pups and give them treats is also a huge plus!

🐾 A fun fact about me is that I'm a beginner dog trainer! I graduated from Animal Behavior College, and I'm officially a certified dog trainer!
