Its everyone favorite time of the year!
Its time for BASC's Annual Holiday Celebration!

Centre for Integrative Bee Research (CIBER) will be hosting their Bee Health Conference Saturday, September 21, 2024 from 9am-6pm at UC Riverside.
This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about Bees and talk to the experts!

As many of you already know Emilia Burnham is California's Honey Queen for 2024!
We are so proud of her and her accomplishments and its been such a pleasure getting to know her through BASC and Ciber.
In January 2025, she will be competing for the National ABF Honey Queen Spokesperson role in Reno, NV and a Gofundme has been created to help her get there!

World Honey Bee Day is August 17th and we would like to celebrate all the Honey Bees by hosting a picnic!
Where? Compton Hunting & Fishing Club!
Who? All beekeepers, bee enthusiasts and honey lovers alike, from all corners of Southern California!
Food? Everyone will be responsible to pack their own picnic but we HIGHLY encourage you to bring a dish or dessert to share!
Alcohol? BYOB! Wait, for real? YES!! You'll be able to crack a cold one on this warm summer day and talk bees!
Dogs? Leashed and well behaved pups are welcomed!
