I am so grateful for this sweet gal! Rebecca Mahieu got out in the heat and mosquitoes to help continue improvements at CocoMo Meadows LLC. Fencing at this time of year is not the greatest thing, but it needs to be done. We intend to split the pastures to have small herds and good pasture rotation. The track system is also half way done. Wow! Great turn out… we are out of Chuck Roasts, and short ribs… I will update the packages to reflect…. I really need a website, Doing this on FB is a real pain in the… rump roast!

I have instructed the butcher to cut all steaks at 1 1/4 inches and 1 1/2 inches. So these will be nice and thick! 🥩

Ground Beef will be in 2lb sleeves. I also have some 1/4 patties burgers (4 to a pack).

Please understand: By law I can only sell “bulk meat”. The bundles we have created meet that intent. (Pun intended) 😂
