Today was full of the sweetest babies! Boone came over to hang out again, Brewski needed a couple of visits, Finn & Uma got their daily walk, and Honey & Donnie got a walk earlier with Jimmy and then are getting a sleepover with Stacy! Busy busy today!

Luna is still looking for a new forever home. 💔We discovered during her second meet and greet that she’s not comfortable with other dogs her size (or bigger) 😞 Both the hopeful adopter and I were heartbroken but you could tell it wouldn’t work.

Luna does great with small dogs and cats though! Her former brother was a 10 lb chihuahua mix (see pics) and she didn’t bat an eye meeting my 22 lb dog on multiple occasions (see pics). Cats seem to make her a little nervous but that could be because meeting mine was her first encounter and they don’t take any doggie nonsense so they will swat😹.

A PATIENT and UNDERSTANDING home that is willing to give Luna the time she needs to adjust is a must. Someone who is familiar with pitties and their special level of neediness is a plus! She is about 3 years old and weighs 60 lbs. She is now spayed and completely up to date on her vaccines and is heartworm negative! 😀
