Like everyone, we love a large cat, but we know breeding toward extremes comes at a cost. We aren't willing to pay that cost.

Maine C**ns tend to have greasy coats which need regular care. We bathe and dry our kittens many times during their time with us. Even if they never compete in a cat show, we do our best to ensure our kitties are used to handling and can relax for groomers and vet.

Retiree alert! Lada is a 6-year-old Russian import. She likes everyone, but is more of a one-person cat. She is great with submissive, soft-tempered and young cats. She may fight with another assertive personality type. She is new at harness training and leash walking, but loves it!

This is a photo of Creed (one of our chief kitten socializers), and the dairy goats whose milk goes toward supplementing the cats and kittens in our cattery. Goat milk is considered to be universally digestable. Their contribution is one of the things that sets our program apart. We are blessed to have them.

This isn't the photo I had intended to take, but I think it turned out to be rather artsy.

This is Irving, he is a young cat with a LOT of personality. He is a black smoke, which is (in our experience) the most desirable color. He is super cuddly and affectionate. Loves to be petted and held. Extremely playful. Loves to explore the outdoors and go for walks. He loves children and other cats.

He is "special", but requires no maintenance. We have reduced his fee.
