I have really enjoyed growing plants this year! And tomorrow, Saturday June 11, will be the last public veggie sale of the season. I have plenty of varieties left for you to add or fill your garden! I would love for these plants to have a home!! Plants will be offered at buy 2 for 5 or buy 5 and get one free (6 for $15)!! Bonus is the sale is from 12-5pm so you can also enjoy lunch and a beer! Hope to see you all there, and thanks for the support!

The plant sale for Saturday is cancelled due to rainy weather. You can still buy some plants tomorrow by making an apt to shop from your car or under the tent in my yard for Saturday with the link in my bio! Sunday is still on as the rain looks like it should be clear by then!

I have just been so excited and satisfied to help on this oven build for !! Working with our small crew with as our guide has been a wonderful learning experience for all of us. I love learning new skills and am so grateful for the experience of adding one more job to my list of “Done that!”.

This is a special moment in time for me here , this project is the beginning of a new year of opportunity for me and . We have been working tightly together to encourage each other in our goals and found that there was no better way to do it than directly spiral our growth together. As the oven is finished, and pizza is fired up, the growth of Snuggs will come to fruition! And as the snow melts sun and moon farm will add a new garden space, , to the area that is . This has been an idea for many years, however it’s the perfect timing for it, as I can expand my growing to serve Snuggs directly! It’s an exciting year y’all!!

HELLOOO friends!! Don’t get too stuck in winter, it’s seed inventory/ordering time! Maybe even a little past haha! I am going through my entire inventory of seeds to decide what I need to order and what I need to throw out and what I can use. Simultaneously I am destining my farm and plant sales, making a calendar of planting dates and gearing up my growing porch to start production of micro greens (coming back with those!!) and onions!

Instruction videos will be coming back, so get your supplies and send me any questions that you would like to discuss. Can’t wait to talk with all of you again and see how you grow this year!

Working outside in the cold? No problem! With the right gear!

What I wear:
-walls insulated overalls
-walls insulated work coat
-sorrel waterproof insulated boots
-wool socks
-long johns
-fleece jacket
-hat
-gloves

Going outside during the winter is very important to me. For my mental health and to keep me connected to my farm. It’s easy to let it become a thing I don’t want to do. Having the right gear helps me get past the thought of the cold. I am always glad I chose to get out there after the fact! Get some gear! It doesn’t have to be expensive, but it equals freedom in the winter!

Cleaned up the fall garden today with the help of my mom, ! Things I have growing: chard, kale, beets, carrots, spinach, turnips, radish, arugula, lettuce, peas, cilantro and other herbs! Have my covers ready for next week. These will go up on hoops and eventually become plastic when the cold sets in. I really do love fall!
