Dear Valued Client,
We hope this message finds you and your pets well. At Petsburgh Pet Care, our goal is to provide the highest quality services for your furry family members. Our grooming schedule is currently booked several weeks in advance, reflecting the trust you place in us for your pets’ care. However, we have noticed an increase in the number of no-show appointments, which impacts our ability to serve all our clients efficiently.
To address this, we are implementing a new policy effective January 1, 2025. A $50 fee will be charged for any missed grooming appointments that are not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. This fee will be applied to your account and must be paid before scheduling future grooming appointments.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Providing at least 48 hours' notice allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client, ensuring that our schedule runs smoothly and more pets can benefit from our services.

Today was the last day for Day Play at Petsburgh. Oh how I’ve had so much fun running this program, meeting new dogs, making memories, laughing, chasing those silly dogs around the room, getting to know the owners and their pets because they became regulars, endless kisses and hugs, trying to guess what the dogs’ middle name would be, etc. This program has taught me so much and I am forever grateful. Although I am sad to see it go, I am excited to see where the next chapter at Petsburgh takes me. I am forever grateful for the wonderful owners who have passed through those lobby doors and trusted my staff and myself with their pets. Thank you to everyone who joined us on our last day. We still hope to see you each of you at Petsburgh for our other services, but if not then I hope your next chapter is just as wonderful as this one was for me. Again, thank you to everyone who has made this so special for me. Each and every dog will continue to hold a special place in my heart❣️-Taylor T.
