Dear Valued Client,
We hope this message finds you and your pets well. At Petsburgh Pet Care, our goal is to provide the highest quality services for your furry family members. Our grooming schedule is currently booked several weeks in advance, reflecting the trust you place in us for your pets’ care. However, we have noticed an increase in the number of no-show appointments, which impacts our ability to serve all our clients efficiently.
To address this, we are implementing a new policy effective January 1, 2025. A $50 fee will be charged for any missed grooming appointments that are not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. This fee will be applied to your account and must be paid before scheduling future grooming appointments.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Providing at least 48 hours' notice allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client, ensuring that our schedule runs smoothly and more pets can benefit from our services.
