Month of not being able to harvest (knee) might be a two day harvest. We just did almost 10 pounds of jalapenos from the jalapeno bed Probably less after sorting when we finish harvesting we still have habanero, cayenne and tomatoes to do tomorrow.
GOD IS GOOD 🙌

Finally getting around to harvesting. The tunnel is a mess. But looks like we might have a good harvest (since it's been a month since my knee messed up) the jalapeno so far looks to be a good harvest. Might be a two day harvest 🤣 to get everything

Has some fresh green pods to use due to plants trying to produce to early so made a nice lil green sauce 😁🫠 delicious I'm impressed with the outcome aswell

Started as a passion/hobby growers 5+ years ago an now we are growing a wide range of peppers. From your local jalapeno to the wildest crazy super hots from around the globe. We are located in the mountains of northwest ga in a little town of lafayette ga. We have a small tract of land that we are currently trying to take full advantage of aswell as a greenhouse.
