I accidentally served a habanero chocolate ganache during the cake tasting😳Luckily they liked the heat and served it with Chocolate Cake. And for those who don't want spicy 🌶 dessert, I made a White Cake with both White Chocolate Buttercream and Raspberry Preserves.

FOCACCIA is back on the menu, as well as CIABATTA. Limited numbers of STRAWBERRY CAKES🍓 and CARROT CAKES🥕, and PEACH PIES🍑 and CHERRY PIES🍒.
