Another week of successful adoptions ❤️🐾 Last week, we saw some amazing adoptions and couldn’t be happier for these sweet pets!

We kicked off the week with Barnavous, one of our long-term pets. Although we’ll miss his silly personality, we’re beyond thrilled he’s found a family that will give him all the love and attention he deserves.

Next up, Hillary and Forrest! Hillary was snatched up in no time (we weren’t surprised, her big ears and playful personality won everyone over), while Forrest’s goofy charm stole hearts too. We can’t wait to hear all about his adventures in his new home.

We also had two incredible cat adoptions! Citrine, our mama cat who was abandoned with her kittens, will now be cuddled up with her new family this winter. And Jasmine, our playful girl from Virginia, is off to grow up in a loving home 🫶🏻🥹🥰

Meet Azrael (aka Azzy)! This boy is treat-obsessed, energy-packed, and has the quirkiest facial expressions! Azrael came to us from a local person who was no longer able to care for him and is about 3 years old.

He loves spending time outside of the kennel playing with friends, soaking up affection, and just showing off his silly personality! His goofy grin has won over the hearts of our staff and volunteers ❤️🐾

It’s been an incredible week of love and new beginnings for our adoptable animals! ❤️🐾

We had a strong week for cats, with 7 furry friends finding their forever homes. Special shoutout to Fernando and El Delojito, a pair who came in together and left with their new families together – we absolutely love when that happens! Donna, Lawrence, and Philomena, who arrived as strays, are now settling into a new home where they’ll be loved and cared for. And we couldn’t be happier for Sabrino and Michael Meowers, our shy but sweet longer-term residents, who finally found their perfect match. We know they’ll bloom in their new homes!

As for the pups, we saw Brie, who came to us after enduring neglect, find her loving new family. It’s so heartwarming to see how far she’s come, and we’re thrilled she’ll now receive the care she deserves. Dogs Whisky, King, and Brooklyn also found their forever homes this week, and we know they’ll continue to steal hearts wherever they go!

Thank you to everyone who gave these pets a chance. We are so grateful for the love and second chances they’ve received! 🥹🫶🏻

Adoption Success! 🎉 We’ve had a heartwarming wave of adoptions for both our dogs and cats!

Gracie, our sweet 8-year-old girl, is back in a loving home where she can enjoy being around people once again. Riku, the last of a trio to be adopted, is now happily settled in with his new family, and we couldn’t be more excited for him.

On the cat side, 8 amazing kitties found their forever families too! Meeko, our loving snuggle bug, will be enjoying cozy winter days with his new family. Velcro and Zipper, the inseparable siblings, were adopted together, and Babushka and Vlada, another sibling pair, are off to start their new chapter. We’re especially thrilled to see Larry, who had been with us for quite some time, finally head home. Pedro and Camellia, the two social and silly kitties, are sure to keep their new families entertained.

What an incredible week for our adoptable pets! 🐾❤️🐶😻

We couldn't be happier to share that our long-time resident, Beefcake, has found his perfect fit. It was amazing to see how easily he bonded with his new family, hopping right into their car without hesitation. Orion, who overcame a major leg surgery after being found as a stray, has also been adopted, and watching him grow and heal with us makes this adoption even more special. Sweet, happy-go-lucky Camo was also adopted, and we know he’s going to be showered with love in his new home.

Our cat adoptions were just as heartwarming! Smoke, a stray who stole our hearts, is spending this winter in a warm, loving home. And two sets of siblings, Cornucopia & Turducken and Dana & Striker, were adopted together! From babies to cherished companions, we couldn’t be happier for these playful and cuddly pairs.

Meet Marla—our sweet and affectionate mama cat, who once had 4 kittens under someone’s deck and has since made herself right at home inside.

She’s the perfect mix of cozy and cuddly, always ready to headbutt you for some pets. These days, she loves watching the world from the window sill, soaking in the warmth and cozy vibes. A true reflection of how we’re all feeling this time of year ❤️🏡🐾🥹

In the last two weeks, we've seen so many wonderful pets find their forever homes, and our hearts are bursting with joy! Our adorable pups Harley, Petra, Poppy, and Scooter have all started their new lives with loving families. Leelu and Aniu, who came to us with Riku, remind us that the shy ones are always worth the wait—while Leelu and Aniu have found their homes, Riku is still waiting for his special person. 🐶

Boomer, Beemer, and Perla followed with their own happy endings! Boomer and Perla, who came to us from another shelter, have the sweetest personalities, and Beemer, along with his energetic brother Harvey, is sure to keep his new family entertained. We’re hoping Harvey will find his perfect match next! 🎉

On the cat side, we’re thrilled to share that our kittens Biscuit, Philippa, Jesse, Lil, Gravy, Phil, and Luna have all been adopted into loving homes. Watching these little ones grow up in homes full of love is always the best feeling.💕

We’re also so happy for our sweet adult cats like Rolling, Sparkle, Kyon, George, and Salem. These shy guys are sure to open up and thrive in their new homes! And our silly cats Bootsie, Pluto, and Kizzy are off to their new families too! 🐾

Finally, our hearts are full knowing that senior girl Mona has found her perfect family. After spending too long at the shelter, we’ll miss her cuddles and loud meows, but we’re so happy she’ll now have endless love and care. 🥰
